沈阳市新能源汽车产业技术创新小生境发展水平研究

【摘要】:面对日益严峻的能源危机问题以及来自环境恶化的压力,传统汽车工业遇到了阻碍,新能源汽车成为了全球各国关注和着力发展的新兴产业。我国从2009年起进入到了全面开展新能源汽车产业布局的阶段。在相关政策的推动下,全国各地积极开展了节能与新能源汽车示范推广项目,同时增加了对新能源汽车技术研发、生产的投入。沈阳市为全面振兴东北老工业基地,转变经济发展方式,实现节能减排持续发展模式,提出了加速发展新能源汽车产业的要求。沈阳市新能源汽车产业的发展需要相关技术创新的推动。针对现阶段沈阳市新能源汽车产业技术创新情况的研究具有重要意义。本文将技术创新与生态学理论相结合,以生态学中生物进化最初所处的生存空间即小生境为理论背景来研究沈阳市新能源汽车产业技术创新的相关问题。由于沈阳市新能源汽车产业中产业集群、创新活动、技术演化具有生态化特征,所以将小生境理论应用到相关研究具有了合理性和可行性。本文首先对国内外研究现状进行分析,并对相关理论进行了综述。然后分别概述了国内外新能源汽车产业发展和沈阳市新能源汽车产业发展现状,并对沈阳市新能源汽车产业政策、社会和经济环境做了分析。本文借鉴Lopolito的研究体系,结合社会网络分析方法(SNA),通过测度沈阳市新能源汽车产业技术创新小生境中期望、权力、知识三个机制发展情况来确定技术创新小生境发展阶段,进而评价其发展水平。通过实证分析,结果表明沈阳市新能源汽车产业技术创新小生境处于成长期,期望机制和权力机制较完备,知识机制很薄弱。最后从增加产学研合作、优化产业链和提高核心企业自主创新三方面为沈阳市新能源汽车产业技术创新小生境的发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly severe energy crisis and the pressure from the deterioration of the environment, the traditional automobile industry has encountered obstacles, and new energy vehicles have become a new industry that countries all over the world pay attention to and focus on. Since 2009, China has entered the stage of developing the layout of new energy automobile industry in an all-round way. Under the promotion of relevant policies, energy saving and new energy vehicle demonstration and promotion projects have been actively carried out all over the country, and the investment in research and development and production of new energy vehicle technology has been increased at the same time. In order to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China, change the mode of economic development and realize the sustainable development mode of energy saving and emission reduction, Shenyang put forward the requirement of accelerating the development of new energy automobile industry. The development of Shenyang new energy automobile industry needs the promotion of related technological innovation. It is of great significance to study the technological innovation of Shenyang new energy automobile industry at the present stage. This paper combines technological innovation with ecological theory, and studies the related problems of technological innovation in Shenyang new energy automobile industry based on the original living space of biological evolution in ecology, that is, niche. Because of the ecological characteristics of industrial cluster, innovation activities and technological evolution in Shenyang new energy automobile industry, it is reasonable and feasible to apply niche theory to related research. In this paper, the research status at home and abroad is analyzed, and the related theories are reviewed. Then the development of new energy automobile industry at home and abroad and the development status of Shenyang new energy automobile industry are summarized respectively, and the policy, social and economic environment of Shenyang new energy automobile industry are analyzed. Based on the research system of Lopolito and the social network analysis method (SNA), this paper determines the development stage of technological innovation niche by measuring the development of expectation, power and knowledge in the niche of technological innovation of new energy automobile industry in Shenyang, and then evaluates its development level. Through empirical analysis, the results show that the niche of technological innovation of Shenyang new energy automobile industry is in the growing period, the expectation mechanism and power mechanism are complete, and the knowledge mechanism is very weak. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the development of technological innovation niche of Shenyang new energy automobile industry from three aspects: increasing industry-university-research cooperation, optimizing industrial chain and improving independent innovation of core enterprises.
