基于时空视角的第三产业演变规律及影响因素研究

【摘要】：基于时间和空间视角分析第三产业发展演变规律,表明第三产业演变时间维度上可以分为1978至1997年快速发展、1998至2006年平稳发展、2007至2009年缓慢发展、2010至2013年相对平稳发展四个阶段。空间维度上按产值第三产业省级区域可以分为三类,第一类3个省份、第二类10个省份,第三类共有18个省份多为中西部省份,第一类与第三类省份第三产业产值差距较大,说明第三产业空间分布上呈集中态势,具体省份上表现为东部沿海省份第三产业快速发展与中西部发展水平差距拉大。分别选取第一、二、三类中广东、四川、安徽三个东部、西部、中部省份为例,分析影响第三产业发展因素,结果表明资本、劳动力、市场、城市化水平、旅游业对第三产业发展具有重要影响,资本和市场要素是影响第三产业发展的最重要因素,三个省份的影响因素各有差异。而相应的对策包括:推动本地经济发展及引导资金流入第三产业的同时,应该进一步加快城市化进程及注重发展旅游业,具体省份应根据自身条件而有所侧重。
[Abstract]:The evolution of the tertiary industry is analyzed based on time and space, which indicates that the evolution time dimension of the tertiary industry can be divided into four stages: the rapid development from 1978 to 1997, the smooth development from 1998 to 2006, the slow development from 2007 to 2009, and the relatively stable development from 2010 to 2013. In the space dimension, the provincial level of the third industry of the output value can be divided into three categories: the first three provinces, the second group of 10 provinces, and the third group,18 provinces are the central and western provinces, and the output value of the third industry in the first and third categories is relatively large, It is pointed out that the spatial distribution of the tertiary industry is concentrated, and the specific provinces show the gap between the rapid development of the tertiary industry in the eastern coastal provinces and the development level of the central and western regions. In the first, second and third categories, the three eastern, western and central provinces of Guangdong, Sichuan and Anhui are selected as an example to analyze the factors that affect the development of the tertiary industry. The results show that the capital, the labor force, the market, the urbanization level and the tourism industry have an important influence on the development of the tertiary industry. The factors of capital and market are the most important factors that affect the development of the tertiary industry. The corresponding countermeasures include: to promote the local economic development and to guide the flow of funds into the tertiary industry, to further accelerate the process of urbanization and to pay attention to the development of tourism, and the specific provinces should focus on their own conditions.
