新常态下镇江跨境电商发展现状分析与对策

【摘要】：在经济新常态下,跨境电商成为中国对外贸易新的增长点。通过运用SWOT对镇江跨境电商的优势、劣势、机会、威胁做出分析得出结论:镇江跨境电商优势与劣势并存,机会与威胁同在。政府方面:应完善跨境电商监管中心的功能;与其他城市合作,助力镇江跨境电商发展;牵头开发目标市场,建立海外仓;优化出口商品结构、打造自主品牌产品。企业方面:应加强网络营销,利用大数据进行分析;建设跨境电商线上品牌;精心选择第三方跨境电商平台;提升技术水平,提高跨境商品的质量和服务水平;研究贸易条款,实现多元化的经营策略;提升企业自身管理能力,建立专业水平的跨境电商队伍,以此促进镇江跨境电商进一步发展。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal economy, cross-border e-commerce has become a new growth point for China's foreign trade. By using SWOT to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cross-border electricity providers in Zhenjiang, we conclude that Zhenjiang's cross-border e-commerce has both advantages and disadvantages, and opportunities and threats are at the same time. The government should improve the functions of the cross border e-commerce supervision center, cooperate with other cities, promote the development of cross-border electricity providers in Zhenjiang, take the lead in developing the target market, establish overseas warehouses, optimize export commodity structure and create independent brand products. Enterprise: we should strengthen the network marketing, analyzes the use of big data; the construction of cross-border electricity supplier online brand; carefully selected third party cross-border electronic business platform; to enhance the technical level, improve product quality and service level of cross-border trade terms; research, implementation of diversification strategy; enhance the management ability of the enterprise itself, the establishment of professional level of cross-border electricity supplier team in order to promote the further development of Zhenjiang, the cross-border electricity supplier.
