【摘要】：大型钢铁企业的物资管理大多采用的是计划经济时传统的管理方法,信息传递滞后,工作效率低下,经常出现库存积压和库存资金占用的增加,物资管理较为混乱,管理成本居高不下,企业缺乏市场竞争力。 ERP与电子商务的出现,打破了以往传统商务模式下的时间和空间的界限,改变了原有企业的格局、原有的价值体系、原有的经营模式,甚至改变了企业的形式。因此,本钢在2006年建立了一套高效的ERP(企业资源计划)信息管理系统,发展至今拟在ERP基础之上逐步引入电子商务,达到采购管理高效准确,同时减少人为因素干预的目的。本文将在ERP系统基础之上结合电子商务理念,以本溪钢铁集团有限公司为例对企业建立电子商务采购体系予以探讨。旨在认识电子商务采购体系的建立对企业管理所带来的深刻影响,从而降低采购成本；改变采购管理模式；实现效率提升；打破采购的潜规则,为企业更好的发展奠定科学的采购基础。
[Abstract]:Material management of large-scale iron and steel enterprises are mostly adopted the traditional planned economy management method, information transfer delay, low working efficiency, frequent inventory and inventory capital increase, material management is in disorder, the high cost of enterprise management, lack of market competitiveness.
ERP and electronic commerce, breaking the boundaries of traditional business mode of space and time, changed the original pattern of enterprise, the value of the original system, the original business model, or even change the form of the enterprises. Therefore, Benxi has established a set of efficient ERP in 2006 (Enterprise Resource Planning) information management system development has to be based on ERP gradually introduce the electronic commerce, achieve procurement management efficiently and accurately, and reduce the human factor intervention.
This paper will combine the concept of e-commerce based on ERP system, Benxi iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd as an example to discuss the establishment of e-commerce enterprise procurement system. A profound impact was established to realize e-commerce procurement system brings to the enterprise management, so as to reduce the purchase cost; change the mode of procurement management; implementation efficiency; break the purchase the unspoken rule, establish scientific purchase basis for enterprises to better development.
