高职院校“三基一高”人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：高职重视人才培养模式的改革已经成为提高高职教育质量的热点问题，本论文正是在这样的背景下，提出了构建“三基一高”人才培养模式的构想，并以电子商务专业人才培养为例探讨人才培养模式的构建及运行，以提高人才培养质量。 论文针对高等职业教育面临的突出问题是：一方面社会各行各业对能直接从事生产、技术、管理和服务第一线的，具有高素质的高技能技术人才的迫切需求，另一方面是高职的就业还不令人满意。提出高职院校“三基一高”的人才培养模式，高职院校人才培养模式应提高基本做人素质，提高基础信息素养，提高基点创新思维，实现高技能人才的培养的观点。 本论文运用文献综述法、调查研究法和比较法分析了高职院校在人才培养模式上存在的问题，，研究了国内外先进的人才培养模式理论和经验，依次对模式、人才培养模式和高职院校人才培养模式的概念和内涵进行理清、阐述。提出高职院校“三基一高”的人才培养模式，并进一步论述了“三基一高”人才培养模式的内涵及特点、结构及其应用原则、运行及其价值，并且以电子商务专业为例来论证这一模式具有的教学有效性。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational talent training mode reform has become a hot issue to improve the quality of vocational education, this paper is in this context, the proposed "mode of the culture of three high" talents, and the training of e-commerce talent as an example to explore the construction of personnel training and operation mode, in order to improve the quality of personnel training.
Aiming at the problems of higher occupation education is: on the one hand, all walks of life to directly engaged in production, technology, management and service line, the urgent demand of high-quality high skilled technical personnel, on the other hand, vocational employment is not satisfactory. Put forward the training mode of Higher Vocational Colleges "three high" talent training model of higher vocational colleges should improve the basic life quality, improve basic information literacy, improve the basis of innovative thinking, and realize the training of high skilled personnel.
This paper uses the method of literature review, investigation and comparative analysis of the higher vocational colleges in the problems of talent training mode, studies the domestic and foreign advanced training mode theory and experience, in order to model the talent training mode and vocational training mode to sort out the concept and connotation of the training mode, put forward in this paper. Higher vocational colleges "three high" talent, and further discusses the connotation and characteristics of the training mode of three high "talents, structure and application of the principle, operation and value, and the effectiveness of teaching in electronic commerce specialty as an example to prove that this model has.
