基于校政企合作的杭州跨境电商人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：作为全国首个跨境电子商务综合试验区,杭州面临着跨境电商人才资源短缺的问题,如何构建多方协同的跨境电商人才培养模式成为亟待解决的重要课题。本文首先分析了杭州市跨境电商人才需求的现状,建立了"政府引导、高校主管、企业参与"的互动合作机制,提出了校政企协同培养跨境电商人才的具体措施,以期助推综试区的建设与发展。
[Abstract]:As the country ' s first cross - border e - commerce comprehensive test area , Hangzhou is facing the shortage of cross - border E - commerce talents , and how to construct multi - party cooperative cross - border E - commerce talents training mode becomes an important subject to be solved urgently . This paper first analyzes the current situation of the demand of cross - border E - commerce talents in Hangzhou , and establishes the interactive cooperation mechanism of " government guidance , university supervisor and enterprise participation " , and puts forward the concrete measures for the cooperation between university and enterprise to train cross - border E - commerce talents , with a view to boosting the construction and development of the comprehensive test area .
