【摘要】：随着互联网的发展,县域电子商务近些年如雨后春笋般发展起来,在河北省实施"互联网+扶贫"战略后,基本实现贫困村电子商务服务站全覆盖的战略目标,但在精准扶贫下其电子商务发展还存在许多问题。笔者在对河北省阜平县农村电子商务进行调研的基础上,聚焦农村电子商务发展对其贫困状况影响这一核心,从发展现状及对策两个方面进行分析。
