【摘要】:随着农业信息化的不断深入,我国农业信息化与电子商务建设方面取得了良好的开端。与此同时,由于信息化手段的缺乏以及电子商务模式尚未成熟,农业、农村的发展同时也面临不少新的挑战,其中最为突出的就是在农产品流通体系中存在农民与市场之间的信息供求矛盾和挑战。本文旨在通过分析我国农业电子商务的发展现状,了解其发展特点与存在的问题,并厘清农业电子商务模式。在此研究基础上,进一步归纳总结出农业第三方电子商务模式,以加强农业生产的产前、产中、产后各环节的密切联系,实现高效和有序的农业生产经营与管理。论文由八部分内容组成。 第一部分,绪论。首先是对本文研究背景及其研究意义作简单介绍;其次是关于国内外有关农业电子商务研究现状的综述,从而确定本文的研究思路、研究内容以及研究方法。 第二部分,电子商务理论基础。分别通过对电子商务含义、电子商务模式以及电子商务作用以及电子商务发展的前景等基础理论进行介绍,为农业电子商务模式的分析提供相应的理论基础。 第三部分,农业开展电子商务的意义及现状。首先,分析了农业的特点,总结了农业在国民经济中具有基础地位的特征,并深入分析其在我国社会经济发展中的作用;其次,全面深入分析我国农业电子商务的具体实施状况;最后,讨论了农业开展电子商务的积极意义,指出农业开展电子商务的必要性。 第四部分,我国农业开展电子商务存在的问题。分析指出我国农业电子商务开展过程中存在的主要问题在于:农业信息化基础设施不完善、农业信息资源开发利用不足、农业电子商务服务体系单薄、农业电子商务主体信息素质不齐和农业电子商务管理体制有待完善。 第五部分,我国农业电子商务模式探析。在对我国农业电子商务现状分析的基础上,总结出我国现有农业电子商务模式的主要类型,包括:信息联盟服务商模式、农民信息服务商模式、企业信息服务商模式以及综合服务商模式。 第六部分,我国农业第三方电子商务模式分析。在总结我国农业电子商务模式的基础上,结合我国农业电子商务发展的实际情况,分析得出我国农业第三方电子商务模式的实质,并归纳出现阶段我国农业第三方电子商务的主要模式,包括:政府门户信息服务模式、农业电子商务中介模式以及龙头企业电子商务模式,并进步分析农业第三方电子商务模式的优势、功能及其应用价值。 第七部分,农业第三方电子商务应用案例分析。分别以中国农业电子商务网和“沙集模式”为例分析了农业开展第三方电子商务所产生的具体的社会效应和经济效应。 第八部分,结论与展望。根据前文的研究结果,总结本文的研究结论和主要创新点并对未来进一步的研究提出了设想。
[Abstract]:Along with the agricultural informatization, China's agricultural informatization and e-commerce construction has made a good beginning. At the same time, due to the lack of information means and electronic business model is not yet mature, agriculture, rural development also faces many new challenges, the most prominent is the existence of market information between farmers and the contradiction between supply and demand and the challenges in the circulation system of agricultural products. This paper aims to analyze the current situation of the development of agricultural e-commerce in China, understand the development characteristics and existing problems, and to clarify the agricultural e-commerce mode. On the basis of this study, further summarizes the third party e-commerce model of Agriculture to strengthen agricultural production in the prenatal, close contact, each link of postpartum, the realization of agricultural production efficient and orderly operation and management. The thesis consists of eight parts.
The first part is the introduction. First, it introduces the background and significance of the research. Secondly, it summarizes the research status of agricultural e-commerce at home and abroad, so as to identify the research ideas, research contents and research methods.
The second part is the theoretical basis of e-commerce. It introduces the basic theory of e-commerce, including the meaning of e-commerce, the e-commerce mode, the role of e-commerce and the prospect of e-commerce development, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the mode of agricultural e-commerce.
The third part, the significance and the present situation of developing electronic commerce of agriculture. First, analyzed the characteristic of agriculture, summarizes the features of agriculture has the basic position in the national economy, and in-depth analysis of the social economic development in our country's role; secondly, a thorough analysis of the specific implementation of electronic commerce in China's agricultural industry; finally the positive significance of agricultural e-commerce, discusses the necessity of agricultural e-commerce.
The fourth part, China's agricultural e-commerce problems. The analysis points out that the agricultural electronic commerce in China to carry out the major problems in the process of agricultural information infrastructure is not perfect, lack of development and utilization of agricultural information resources, e-commerce service system of agricultural thin, the main body of agricultural e-commerce information uneven quality and agricultural e-commerce management the system needs to be improved.
The fifth part, China's agricultural e-commerce model. Based on the analysis of current situation of agricultural e-commerce in China, summed up the main types of China's existing agricultural e-commerce model include: Information Alliance service model, information service providers and farmers mode, enterprise information service mode and integrated service provider.
The sixth part, analysis of the electronic commerce mode of agriculture in our country third party. On the basis of electronic commerce mode of agriculture of our country, combined with the actual situation of the development of agricultural e-commerce in China, analysis of the substance of electronic commerce mode of agriculture in our country third party, including the main stage and inductive mode, electronic commerce of agriculture in our country third party the government portal information service mode, agricultural e-commerce intermediary mode and leading enterprise e-commerce model, and analysis of the agricultural progress of third party electronic commerce mode advantage, function and application value.
The seventh part is the case analysis of the third party e-commerce application in agriculture. Taking China's agricultural e-commerce network and Sha Ji mode as an example, the specific social effects and economic effects of the third party e-commerce are analyzed.
The eighth part, the conclusion and the prospect. According to the results of the previous study, we summarize the conclusions and the main innovation points of this paper and put forward some ideas for further research in the future.
