互联网保险对R寿险公司企业价值的影响及应对研究

【摘要】:随着互联网应用技术的迅速发展,我国正在快速步入"互联网+"时代。"互联网+保险"的模式也伴随着互联网的发展应运而生,越来越受到人们的关注。中国保险巨大的市场空间、良好的互联网用户基础、电子商务和移动支付等相关互联网技术的广泛应用以及传统保险业面临成本高、效益低、渠道受阻的发展困境共同促使互联网保险业务规模地扩大。在经过近二十年探索之后,我国互联网保险迎来了快速发展阶段,互联网保险的市场份额在不断地上升,成为中国保险行业发展的必然选择。保险行业经历了多年的发展取得了一定的进步,但国内保险行业在产品及服务方面同质化较为严重,且在服务效率,产品创新等方面同国外发达的保险市场相比还有很大的差距,具有很大的提升空间。对互联网渠道的研究,对帮助传统保险公司提升业绩、服务效率具有重要意义。同时随着大数据分析、云计算、移动支付等互联网技术的广泛应用,如何利用新技术、新思维,满足客户日益变化的个性化需求,成为保险行业面临的重要选择。互联网保险业务规模快速增长的同时,制约互联网保险发展的问题也逐渐显现,亟待解决。研究的核心问题是互联网保险对传统寿险公司价值的影响。具体回答以下问题:(1)传统寿险公司为什么开展互联网保险业务?(2)开展互联网保险业务对公司的经营产生了哪些影响?(3)如何开展互联网保险,以提升寿险公司企业价值?本论文通过对相关文献进行收集和整理,结合对保险公司开展互联网保险业务的发展现状的梳理,重点关注寿险公司的互联网保险经营情况,汇总了寿险行业互联网保险经营数据,结合R寿险公司近年的互联网保险发展财务数据和经营情况进行案例研究,分析了寿险公司开展互联网保险的原因,以及探讨寿险公司开展互联网业务对公司经营活动(包括营销活动、运营活动以及产品开发)的影响以及对公司财务状况的影响。在对互联网对公司的经营和财务状况的影响分析的基础上,分析互联网保险对公司价值的影响。探求互联网保险对寿险公司企业价值提升作用,寻找对企业价值提升具有重要影响的因素,以期能够为寿险公司实现价值增值提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet application technology, our country is stepping into the era of "Internet" quickly. The mode of "Internet insurance" also comes into being with the development of Internet. China Insurance has a huge market space, a good Internet user base, electronic commerce and mobile payment and other related Internet technologies are widely used, and the traditional insurance industry faces high costs. The low efficiency and obstructed channels of the development of the dilemma jointly promote the expansion of the scale of Internet insurance business. After nearly 20 years of exploration, China's Internet insurance has ushered in a rapid development stage. The market share of Internet insurance is rising continuously, which becomes the inevitable choice for the development of China's insurance industry. The insurance industry has made some progress after years of development. However, the domestic insurance industry in the product and service homogeneity is more serious, and in the service efficiency, product innovation and other aspects compared with the developed insurance market abroad there is a big gap. There is a great room for improvement. The research on Internet channels is of great significance to help traditional insurance companies improve their performance and service efficiency. At the same time, with big data analysis, cloud computing. With the wide application of Internet technology, such as mobile payment, how to make use of new technology and new thinking to meet the increasingly changing needs of customers. It has become an important choice for the insurance industry. With the rapid growth of the Internet insurance business, the problems restricting the development of Internet insurance are also gradually emerging. The core of the research is the impact of Internet insurance on the value of traditional life insurance companies. Answer the following question: 1) Why do traditional life insurance companies carry out Internet insurance business? What is the impact of the Internet insurance business on the operation of the company? How can Internet insurance be carried out to enhance the corporate value of life insurance companies? This paper through the collection and collation of relevant literature, combined with the development of Internet insurance business of insurance companies to comb the status quo, focusing on the life insurance companies of the Internet insurance business. This paper summarizes the operation data of Internet insurance in the life insurance industry, and analyzes the reasons for the development of Internet insurance by life insurance companies, combining with the financial data and operation of Internet insurance development of R Life Insurance Company in recent years. As well as the life insurance company to carry out the Internet business to the company business activities (including marketing activities). The impact of operational activities and product development on the financial position of the company. Based on the analysis of the impact of the Internet on the operating and financial position of the company. This paper analyzes the influence of Internet insurance on corporate value, explores the role of Internet insurance in enhancing the corporate value of life insurance companies, and looks for the factors that have an important impact on the promotion of corporate value. With a view to life insurance companies to achieve value appreciation to provide reference.
