模具标准件电子商务平台系统的研究与开发

【摘要】：模具因为其产品质量较好、生产效率较高、生产成本较低、材料消耗较低,因而被广泛应用。模具标准化工业制造以及模具标准件的发展规模,已经成为评价一个国家工业化制造水平和革新能力的重要标志之一。全国虽然已经开设经销点上百家左右,但存在很多问题,比如库存量不足、销售规模不大和交易额小等。即使是在模具工业协会委员会中的模具标准件联合网中所提到的50多家经营单位,也同样存在上述的诸多问题。同时,各厂家的销售模式也没有统一的管理或信息整合的平台,不利于模具装配标准件的推广。鉴于以上的分析,论文提出建立模具标准件电子商务平台系统。首先进行系统需求分析,采用UML进行系统建模并分析系统功能,系统的概要信息如下： 1.系统采用B/S结构开发模式,利用Visual Studio2010C#编程语言、Ajax技术、ASP.NET框架和SQL Server2005数据库以及数据库的存储过程技术进行开发； 2.系统实现模具标准件商品快速、精确的搜索,并且提供多种搜索方式； 3.系统实现模具标准件商品展示形式的多样化,主页采用图片切换以及多种排序的方式来展示商品信息。 4.系统推荐模具行业热门厂家信息,供用户进行浏览,帮助模具人士了解模具厂家最新信息； 5.系统用户与厂家之间可以进行交流,实现了商品信息的反馈,促进了用户和厂家之间的了解、合作。模具标准件电子商务平台系统的研究与开发不仅解决现有模具标准件销售环节的相关问题,而且为模具标准件制造商、采购商提供了更丰富的资源,开创了良好的共享、交流的平台,促进模具行业的发展。
[Abstract]:Mould is widely used because of its better product quality, higher production efficiency, lower production cost and lower material consumption. Although the country has opened hundreds of distribution points, but there are many problems, such as lack of inventory. The sales scale is small and the turnover is small. Even the more than 50 business units mentioned in the mould standard parts union network in the Mould Industry Association Committee also have many problems mentioned above. At the same time. There is no unified management or information integration platform for each manufacturer, which is not conducive to the promotion of die assembly standard parts. In view of the above analysis, the paper puts forward to establish the electronic commerce platform system of mould standard parts. Firstly, the system requirement analysis is carried out, and the system modeling and function analysis are carried out by using UML. The summary information of the system is as follows:. 1. The system adopts the development mode of B / S structure and Visual Studio2010C# programming language. ASP.NET framework, SQL Server2005 database and stored procedure technology of database are developed. 2. The system realizes the rapid and accurate searching of the products of mould standard parts, and provides a variety of search methods; 3. The system realizes the diversification of the commodity display form of the mould standard parts, and the main page uses the picture switching and various sort ways to display the commodity information. 4. The system recommends the hot factory information of mould industry, for user to browse, help mould personage to understand the newest information of mould manufacturer; 5. The system users and manufacturers can communicate, realize the feedback of commodity information, promote the understanding and cooperation between users and manufacturers. The research and development of the electronic commerce platform system of mould standard parts not only solves the related problems of the existing die standard parts sales links, but also provides more abundant resources for mould standard parts manufacturers and purchasers. Created a good sharing, exchange platform, to promote the development of the mold industry.
