全球价值链视角下的狮岭皮具加工企业转型升级研究

【摘要】:随着近年来全球经济形势的持续低迷,国际外贸形势不断恶化,劳动力成本上升、融资困难、环境污染、低价竞争以及土地紧缺等问题更趋严重,广州市花都区狮岭镇皮具加工企业面临的转型升级压力也不断上升,其转型升级的目标模式和实现路径,是全球价值链视野下中国大量“劳动密集型”企业进行转型升级问题研究的典型案例。本文以全球价值链分析、价值链治理模式和企业品牌战略等经济理论为基础,对狮岭皮具加工企业的发展概况、在全球价值链中的分工地位以及全球经济低迷与国际市场需求萎缩等挑战因素进行深入分析,并对数百家企业进行问卷调查,总结出人才短缺和劳动力成本上升、技术创新和规范化管理能力不强、市场开发和品牌建设能力不强、融资难融资贵、土地资源短缺等普遍性问题和瓶颈。综合来看,狮岭皮具加工企业转型升级的最佳方式是延伸产业链,促使其加工贸易模式由OEM向ODM,最后朝OBM转变,重点提升箱包产品的设计研发能力和品牌营销能力。具体来说,文章针对性提出了加大产品设计和研发力度、积极提升区域品牌的影响力和知名度、大力实施企业品牌战略、提供融资与金融支持、加快电子商务发展、加强政策扶持和支撑体系等解决思路和方法。本文还着重对企业品牌战略的实施路径和关键环节进行了阐述探讨,并列举了成功实施品牌战略的典型案例,为狮岭皮具加工企业的品牌发展之路提供了有益借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the continuous downturn of the global economic situation in recent years, the international foreign trade situation continues to deteriorate, labor costs rise, financing difficulties, environmental pollution, low price competition and land shortage become more and more serious. Guangzhou Huadu District Shiling Town leather processing enterprises are facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading is also rising, its transformation and upgrading of the target mode and realization path. It is a typical case to study the transformation and upgrading of a large number of "labor-intensive" enterprises in China under the view of global value chain. On the basis of economic theories such as value chain governance model and enterprise brand strategy, the development of Shiling leather goods processing enterprises is reviewed. The role of division of labor in the global value chain, the global economic downturn and shrinking international market demand, and other challenges factors in-depth analysis, and hundreds of enterprises to carry out a questionnaire survey. Summed up the shortage of talent and rising labor costs, technical innovation and standardized management capacity is not strong, market development and brand building capacity is not strong, financing is difficult to finance expensive. Generally speaking, the best way for Shiling leather processing enterprises to transform and upgrade is to extend the industrial chain and promote its processing trade model from OEM to ODM. Finally, the transition to OBM, focusing on enhancing the design and development of luggage products and brand marketing capabilities. Specifically, the article proposed to increase product design and R & D efforts. Actively promote the influence and popularity of regional brands, vigorously implement corporate brand strategy, provide financing and financial support, and accelerate the development of e-commerce. Strengthen the policy support and support system and other solutions. This paper also focuses on the implementation of corporate brand strategy path and key links are discussed, and listed the successful implementation of brand strategy typical cases. It provides a useful reference for the brand development of Shiling leather processing enterprises.
