【摘要】：跨境电商行业的发展是促进“大众创业、万众创新”的关键举措,目前杭州跨境电商行业发展的如火如茶,其中跨境进口的发展尤为引人注目。本文打破传统的国家层面研究方式,结合杭州作为全国首批跨境电子商务服务试点城市的背景,研究杭州跨境电商进口行业发展的影响因素,提供相关解决方案和可行性建议,以促进区域经济乃至全国经济的发展,具有重大的现实意义。本文通过大量的文献搜集,理论剖析跨境进口行业发展的重要性,并阐述商品在跨境进口发展中的作用。结合供需理论进行分析得出,只有符合市场行情、尊重消费者选择的商品结构才有利于跨境电商进口行业的长足发展。与此同时,国家政策、促销等因素也需要重点关注。在实证研究时,着重分析了两块样本数据,通过深入分析不同的商品结构(从成交货值、税额每月分布、商品排名和国家排名等角度)对该行业发展的影响程度,找寻相关规律;同时研究了消费者分布和喜好以及国家政策等外界因素对资金融通的影响,归纳总结提出合理化的建议。此外从金融的角度进行分析,杭州跨境电商进口行业发展需要注意的相关内容。结合理论和实证分析,本文主要提出如下建议:重视高端商品在跨境进口流通中的重要作用,慎重定价。重点关注80年代、70年代、90年代的消费者,同时侧重于浙江省、江苏省、广东省、上海市、北京市等地的推广营销。此外国家税收政策和商家促销等对跨境进口发展起着重要作用,需要合理运用。
[Abstract]:The development of cross-border e-commerce industry is to promote "mass entrepreneurship, innovation," the key measure, Hangzhou cross-border e-commerce industry development is as hot as tea. The development of cross-border import is particularly noticeable. This paper breaks the traditional research methods at the national level and combines Hangzhou as the first pilot city of cross-border e-commerce services in the country. This paper studies the influencing factors of the development of cross-border e-commerce import industry in Hangzhou, and provides relevant solutions and feasible suggestions to promote the development of regional economy and even the national economy. This paper analyzes the importance of cross-border import industry development through a large number of literature collection, and expounds the role of commodities in cross-border import development. Only in line with market prices, respect for consumer choice of commodity structure is conducive to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce import industry. At the same time, national policies, promotion and other factors also need to focus on. In the empirical study. This paper analyzes two sample data and analyzes the influence of different commodity structure (from the perspective of delivery value, monthly distribution of tax amount, commodity ranking and national ranking) on the development of the industry. Looking for relevant laws; At the same time, it studies the influence of external factors, such as consumer distribution and preference, and national policies on the financing, and summarizes and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. In addition, it analyzes from the perspective of finance. Hangzhou cross-border e-commerce import industry development needs to pay attention to the relevant content. Combined with theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper mainly puts forward the following suggestions: attach importance to the important role of high-end goods in cross-border import circulation. Careful pricing. Focus on consumers in the 1970s and 1990s in 80s, while focusing on Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province, and Shanghai. In addition, national tax policy and business promotion play an important role in the development of cross-border imports, which need to be used reasonably.
