第三方移动支付中金融消费权益保护问题及对策

【摘要】：我国第三方移动支付得到迅猛发展,正在成为电子商务发展的支柱。在第三方移动支付爆发式增长的同时,金融消费权益保护面临新的问题,而依据现有的相关法律不能很好地解决消费过程中出现的各种纠纷和问题。因此加强第三方移动支付的监管,完善相关的法律法规及各项制度从而维护消费者的合法权益就显得尤为重要。
[Abstract]:Third party mobile payment is developing rapidly in our country and is becoming the pillar of electronic commerce development. While the third party mobile payment explodes, the protection of financial consumption rights and interests is facing new problems. However, the existing relevant laws cannot solve all kinds of disputes and problems arising in the process of consumption. Therefore, we should strengthen the regulation of third-party mobile payments. It is particularly important to perfect the relevant laws and regulations and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
