电子商务环境下便利店O2O模式体系构建

【摘要】:在电子商务快速发展时期,为提升便利店信息化程度,扩大便利店的经营规模,必须将O2O模式与传统便利店合理融合,根据顾客的实际需求,迎接市场的挑战与冲击。本文深入分析O2O模式的概念及其发展现状,从建设信息系统、改进物流配送体系、设置经营服务项目等方面阐述便利店O20模式体系的架构,从而为传统便利店更好的发展打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:In the period of rapid development of electronic commerce, in order to enhance the information level of convenience stores and expand the management scale of convenience stores, we must integrate the O2O model with traditional convenience stores reasonably, according to the actual needs of customers. To meet the challenge and impact of the market, this paper deeply analyzes the concept and development status of O2O model, expounds the framework of O20 mode system of convenience store from the aspects of building information system, improving logistics distribution system, setting up business service items, etc. Thus lay a solid foundation for the better development of traditional convenience stores.
