【摘要】：背景国家电子商务布局的逐步推广,全国各部委、省市政府越来越关注电子商务产业的成长,电子商务产业园的出现和发展,可以作为重要的推手服务于各级政府推进电子商务的发展。电子商务产业园不仅可以为草根创业人人创新的孵化中心和新平台,也是集成本地电商和整合服务的纽带。电子商务产业园对于政府方面:是政府了解区域电子商务发展情况的信息平台,也是传达和落实相关政策的重要窗口;网商方面:是网商相互交流、合作、学习和成长的一个重要活动场所;服装商方面:是服务商了解当地电商情况,输出更具有针对性和优质服务的重要平台;平台商方面:是平台方寻找当地优质产品的重要渠道,也是区域抱团寻求平台资源红利的重要手段。本研究的目的旨在提出电子商务产业园建设与运营的优化方案,为国内同行园区建设与运营提供参考意见。本钻研的方法通过文献学习和案例探索,探讨电子商务产园运营的基础知识;通过实况考察和调查分析,掌握园区一手的运营资料,明确电子商务产业园在日常运营中发现的优势和不足;最终通过对园区的运营情况进行分析和探索,提出优化改进措施。本研究的结果从综合服务体系的优化升级、开拓实体+虚拟的综合园区新格局和挖掘园区盈利潜力三方面的措施,来解决园区服务体系不完善、发展受限制和经济效益不理想的问题。本研究的结论为电子商务产业园在日常运营中提升综合服务能力、盈利能力和综合竞争力,提供有建设性的建议;在电子商务产业园的规划、筹建和发展中,具有一定的可操作性,可以作为园区运营发展的参考资料。
[Abstract]:Background with the gradual promotion of the national electronic commerce layout, the national ministries, provincial and municipal governments are paying more and more attention to the growth of the electronic commerce industry and the emergence and development of the electronic commerce industry park. It can serve as an important driving force for governments at all levels to promote the development of electronic commerce. E-commerce industry parks can not only serve as incubators and new platforms for everyone to innovate in grassroots entrepreneurship. E-commerce industry park is an information platform for the government to understand the development of regional e-commerce, and also an important window to convey and implement relevant policies; Online merchants: it is an important activity place for online merchants to exchange, cooperate, learn and grow; clothing business: it is an important platform for service providers to understand the local e-commerce situation and export more targeted and high-quality services; Platform business: it is an important channel for the platform to seek local high quality products, and also an important means for regional groups to seek platform resources dividend. The purpose of this study is to put forward an optimized scheme for the construction and operation of e-commerce industrial parks. To provide reference for the construction and operation of domestic peer parks. Through literature study and case study, this paper probes into the basic knowledge of the operation of e-commerce industry parks, and grasps the first-hand operation data of the parks through the investigation and analysis of the facts, The advantages and disadvantages found in the daily operation of the E-commerce industry park are clarified. Finally, through the analysis and exploration of the operation situation of the park, the optimization and improvement measures are put forward. The results of this study are upgraded from the optimization of the integrated service system. In order to solve the imperfect service system of the park, we should explore the new pattern of the virtual comprehensive park and tap the profit potential of the park. The conclusion of this study is to improve the comprehensive service capacity, profitability and comprehensive competitiveness of e-commerce industry park in daily operation, and provide constructive suggestions; In the planning, construction and development of E-commerce industry park, it has some maneuverability and can be used as reference material for the park operation and development.
