知识管理能力对商贸流通业科技服务型企业创新绩效的影响:组织智慧的中介作用

【摘要】:中国经济在经历了高速粗放式增长后开始进入转型升级阶段。而处于基础性、先导性地位的商贸流通业能够通过横向性流动对国民经济进行优化。与此同时,商贸流通业中的科技服务型企业通过创新快速推动我国电子商务产业的崛起,引发并支撑了传统商贸流通产业业态的变革。因而,在当前的经济环境下,商贸流通业科技服务型企业的创新对国民经济的转型升级以及步入经济新常态都具有重要的意义。而愈来愈显著的市场动态性和技术动态性使得商贸流通业科技服务型企业创新活动的风险系数很高。如何通过知识管理能力来提高商贸流通业科技服务型企业的创新绩效成为一个亟待解决的问题。与此同时,现有研究成果表明知识管理能力是驱动创新的重要因素。但是,知识管理能力促进企业创新绩效提升的机制尚不清晰,可能存在着一个黑箱。而且,关于知识管理能力概念内涵和构成的研究成果比较分散,争议较大,针对中国特定企业的研究更是少之甚少。幸运的是,组织智慧理论研究的兴起为打开知识管理能力作用与创新绩效的黑箱提供了思路。因为,组织智慧理论的已有研究表明其对企业创新能力的提高有正向促进作用,而知识管理活动是形成组织智慧的关键因素。基于此,本文在主要进行了以下三个方面的研究:(1)运用基于扎根理论的探索性单案例研究扎根出知识管理能力的构成,以及知识管理能力、组织智慧、创新绩效三者之间的关系理论模型;(2)探讨知识管理能力对创新绩效的作用机制;(3)探讨组织智慧在知识管理能力与创新绩效关系中的中介作用。本文先对知识管理能力、组织智慧等相关研究成果进行文献综述;然后以阿里巴巴为研究对象进行探索性单案例研究,扎根构建出本研究的关系理论模型;其次,根据53份小样本测试的结果,确定了正式问卷;最后,运用R语言和Mplus7.4对通过问卷调查获得的203份大样本数据进行统计分析来检验研究假设。本研究最终获得的主要结论如下:(1)商贸流通业科技服务型企业的知识管理能力包括知识基础能力、知识转化能力和知识应用能力三个维度;(2)知识转化能力和知识应用能力对商贸流通业科技服务型企业的创新绩效有显著的积极影响;(3)知识管理能力三维度对商贸流通业科技服务型企业的组织智慧均有显著的积极影响;(4)组织智慧在知识基础能力对商贸流通业科技服务企业创新绩效的影响中起完全中介效应,在知识转化能力、知识应用能力对商贸流通业科技服务型企业创新绩效的影响中起部分中介效应。
[Abstract]:After experiencing rapid and extensive growth, China's economy has begun to enter the stage of transformation and upgrading. At the same time, the basic and leading trade circulation industry can optimize the national economy through horizontal flow. The scientific and technological service enterprises in the trade circulation industry promote the rise of our country's electronic commerce industry through innovation, which causes and supports the transformation of the traditional trade circulation industry. Therefore, in the current economic environment, The innovation of trade circulation science and technology service enterprises is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of national economy and entering the new normal of economy. The more and more obvious market dynamics and technology dynamics make trade circulation science and technology. The risk coefficient of innovation activities of service enterprises is very high. How to improve the innovation performance of service enterprises through knowledge management ability has become a problem to be solved urgently. Existing research results show that knowledge management ability is an important factor driving innovation. However, the mechanism of knowledge management ability to promote enterprise innovation performance is not clear, and there may be a black box. The research results on the connotation and composition of the concept of knowledge management ability are scattered and controversial, and the research on specific enterprises in China is even less. Fortunately, The rise of organizational wisdom theory provides a way to open the black box of knowledge management ability and innovation performance. Knowledge management activity is the key factor to form organizational intelligence. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the following three aspects: 1) using the exploratory single-case study based on rooted theory to root out the formation of knowledge management capability. And knowledge management, organizational intelligence, This paper discusses the mechanism of knowledge management ability on innovation performance. 3) discusses the intermediary role of organizational intelligence in the relationship between knowledge management ability and innovation performance. Organizational intelligence and other related research results were reviewed; then Alibaba as the research object of the exploratory single-case study, rooted to build the relationship theory model of this study; secondly, according to the results of 53 small sample tests, A formal questionnaire was established; finally, Using R language and Mplus7.4 to analyze 203 large sample data obtained by questionnaire to test the research hypotheses. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) knowledge management of technology service enterprises in trade and circulation industry. Competencies include the knowledge base, Knowledge transformation ability and knowledge application ability have significant positive influence on the innovation performance of trade circulation service enterprises. 3) knowledge management ability has three dimensions of knowledge management ability to commerce and commerce. (2) knowledge transfer ability and knowledge application ability have significant positive influence on the innovation performance of trade circulation industry science and technology service enterprises. 3) knowledge management ability has three dimensions to commerce and commerce. The organizational wisdom of circulation science and technology service enterprises has a significant positive influence. (4) organizational wisdom plays a complete intermediary effect in the influence of knowledge base ability on the innovation performance of trade circulation service enterprises. The effect of knowledge transformation ability and knowledge application ability on the innovation performance of sci-tech service enterprises in trade and circulation industry is partly mediated.
