【摘要】:进入二十一世纪以来,在电子商务快速发展的带动下,我国快递行业迎来了爆发式地增长,并推动我国经济快速发展和社会更快进步。YT快递公司作为我国优秀的民族品牌,成立于2000年,经过十六年的发展,目前已成为国内快递行业的大型民企,并一直位居我国快递公司的前列。借助企业发展战略的一些经典理论和战略分析工具,在一定的研究方法指导下,我们可以发现,YT快递公司面临的内外部环境比较复杂,但总体来说,机遇大于挑战,特别是电子商务产业已经上升到我国经济发展的支柱产业和核心产业,为YT快递公司的发展战略提供了强有力的支撑。结合YT快递公司目前内部运营的优势、劣势,以及行业发展的竞争对手状况,YT快递公司发展战略必须要随之进行调整与变化。根据市场环境分析和自身资源、能力分析,YT快递公司要实行ST战略,通过资源集聚和能力提升,致力成为我国专业的第三方仓储物流供应链方案解决供应商,专注为电子商务行业提供仓储、精细加工及配送管理一站式服务,打造“YT速递——中国人的快递”,做受人尊重的百年企业,创具有国际影响力的快递品牌。根据YT快递公司发展目标和市场定位,在公司层战略方面,要坚持成长战略,在阿里入局的基础上,努力发展成为管理和业绩一流的上市公司;在业务层战略方面,要实行差异化战略,即在增值服务上体现差异化,通过细分目标市场提供差异化服务,持续稳健推进服务覆盖范围扩张;在职能战略方面,要重点推进品牌战略、营销战略、产品策略、人才战略等。同时,为了保证YT快递公司发展战略的实现,必须通过建立科学管控的组织机构、打造领先行业的信息网络、依托外部资源做大做强发展愿景、推进行业标准化的战略执行和引领作用、深植与员工共创价值的企业文化等措施来推进,进而打造出YT快递公司战略目标、战略规划、具体措施协同发展的全方位体系,推动YT快递公司在更高发展层次上的可持续发展。

In particular, the e-commerce industry has risen to the pillar industry and core industry of our country's economic development, providing a strong support for the development strategy of YT Express Company. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of YT Express Company's internal operation at present, And the development strategy of YT express delivery company must be adjusted and changed accordingly. According to the market environment analysis and its own resources, the ability analysis YT express company should implement St strategy, through the resource agglomeration and the ability enhancement, Dedicated to become a professional third-party warehousing logistics supply chain solutions suppliers, focusing on e-commerce industry to provide warehousing, fine processing and distribution management one-stop services, To create "YT express delivery-Chinese express delivery", to be a respected century-old enterprise, and to create a express express brand with international influence. According to YT express company's development objectives and market positioning, we should stick to its growth strategy in terms of company level strategy. On the basis of Ali's entry into the Bureau, we should strive to develop into a listed company with first-class management and performance. In terms of business level strategy, we should implement the differentiation strategy, that is, to embody differentiation in value-added services and to provide differentiated services through subdividing the target markets. Continuously and steadily promote the expansion of service coverage; in terms of functional strategy, we should focus on promoting brand strategy, marketing strategy, product strategy, talent strategy, etc. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the realization of YT express company's development strategy, We must establish the organization of scientific control, build the information network of the leading industry, rely on the external resources to make the development vision bigger and stronger, and promote the strategy implementation and leading role of the industry standardization. Deeply planted with employees to create the value of corporate culture and other measures to promote, and then create a YT express company strategic objectives, strategic planning, specific measures of coordinated development of the omni-directional system, Promote the sustainable development of YT Express Company at a higher level of development.
