【摘要】：现代农业与电子商务的有效结合是将来农业发展的一个重要趋势。内江市农业电子商务发展还处于起步阶段,本论文侧重于对内江市农业电子商务发展的现状和存在的问题以及发展环境进行分析,并提出实用性的对策建议,进一步提升内江市农业电子商务的应用水平,促进内江市农业电子商务的快速健康发展。本论文的主体内容包括3个部分：(1)内江市农业电子商务发展概况与存在的问题。首先对目前内江市农业电子商务的发展情况进行了大致的论述和说明,然后归纳总结出现阶段存在的问题。(2)内江市农业电子商务的发展环境分析。这部分是本研究的核心部分,从区位环境、交通环境、产业基础、人才支撑四个方面对当前内江市农业电子商务的发展环境进行了相对详尽的分析,以期对制定内江市农业电子商务的发展战略提供一个有价值的参考意见。(3)内江市农业电子商务发展的对策建议。通过前面的分析,提出了内江市发展农业电子商务的对策建议。一要构建目标体系；二要构建平台体系；三要构建支撑体系；四要构建示范体系；五要构建保障体系。
[Abstract]:The effective combination of modern agriculture and electronic commerce is an important trend of agricultural development in the future. The development of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City is still in its infancy. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation, existing problems and development environment of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City, and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the application level of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City. To promote the rapid and healthy development of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang city. The main content of this paper includes three parts: 1) the general situation and existing problems of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang city. First, the development of agricultural e-commerce in Neijiang city at present. The situation of the exhibition has been discussed and explained in general. Then summarize the problems existing in the emerging stage.) the analysis of the development environment of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City. This part is the core part of this study, from the location environment, traffic environment, industrial basis, The development environment of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City is analyzed in detail in four aspects of talent support. With a view to providing a valuable reference for the development strategy of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City.) the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City. The countermeasures and suggestions of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City are put forward. Firstly, the target system should be constructed; secondly, the platform system should be constructed; thirdly, the supporting system should be constructed; fourth, the demonstration system should be constructed; and the guarantee system should be constructed.
