【摘要】：随着计算机技术不断的更新,网络在线视频不但可以继续传播信息,而且现在更越来越多的在企业中实现了诸多应用,企业电视台是一项革命性多媒体影音传播技术。在经济飞速发展的浪潮下,伴随着用户们的更高要求,企业电视台打破了以往电子商务平台的局限,通过结合网络传播途径、电视点播形式、视频推广技术,能够更有效地将企业与电视台有机地结合起来,从而提高了企业的宣传力度,树立了企业的形象,能够把企业自主创新的能力完美的展现出来。随着网络媒体的飞速发展,为了对企业文化面貌展示,突破企业地域、时间限制,扩大宣传范围和力度,增加企业的可信度,因此企业电视台综合管理系统应运而生。企业电视台的数字化进程不单涵盖了仪器的加工、播放、传导及获取途径的变化,仍然包括在电视台的商务经营途径中产生的影响。该系统可实现对企业电视台的收录节目的视频制定,编辑,播放和存储,还可以对企业财务进行管理,以及人事方面的管理等功能,利用Java Servlet技术,可以在PC端得到用户想要实现的功能。本系统经过功能测试和性能测试,运行效果良好,实现在系统中对企业视频的响应操作,以及实现了智能地对企业财务和人事方面的管理,并且达到了设计要求的所有功能,具有实用性、易用性、先进性和操作简便性等特点。

This system can make, edit, broadcast and store the video of the program included in the enterprise TV station, and can also manage the financial affairs of the enterprise. The functions of personnel management, such as Java Servlet technology, can be used to get the functions that the users want to realize on the PC. The system has been tested by function and performance, and the system has a good running effect, and realizes the response operation to the enterprise video in the system. It also realizes the intelligent management of enterprise finance and personnel, and achieves all the functions required by the design. It is practical, easy to use, advanced and easy to operate.
