中国华侨经济文化合作实验区发展跨境电商的SWOT分析及对策措施

【摘要】：近年来跨境电商呈现爆发式增长,已成为我国经济发展的新动力。中国华侨经济文化合作实验区发展跨境电商面临着政府扶持、"一带一路"战略实施及消费升级等带来的外部机遇,但也受到市场竞争激烈、支撑体系不完善等不利因素的威胁。实验区具有区位优势、侨乡优势、产业优势、信息化优势和政策叠加优势,同时受到经济发展缓慢、软硬件设施落后、人才短缺等劣势制约。基于SWOT分析,提出了建立健全政策体系、谋求共赢合作、加强基础设施建设及提升产业竞争力等战略对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has seen explosive growth. It has become a new driving force for the economic development of our country. The development of cross-border e-commerce in the experimental area of overseas Chinese economic and cultural cooperation in China is faced with external opportunities brought by government support, the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy and the upgrading of consumption, but it is also subject to fierce market competition. The experimental area has the advantages of location, overseas Chinese, industry, information technology and policy superposition. At the same time, it suffers from slow economic development and backward hardware and software facilities. Based on the analysis of SWOT, this paper puts forward some strategic countermeasures such as establishing and perfecting policy system, seeking win-win cooperation, strengthening infrastructure construction and promoting industrial competitiveness.
