A公司物资统购系统建设及供应商选择与流程优化研究

【摘要】:随着能源信息经济迅速发展和电力改革的逐步深入,电力企业面临着前所未有的市场机遇与挑战,实施电力物资集约化管理已经成为不可阻挡的趋势。在此背景下,本着实现高效率物资需求与供应模式相结合的管理目标,构建立足于集约化的覆盖供应链全过程的物资统购系统,并强化对物资供应商的管理,优化物资管理流程,全面提升物资管理水平,无疑是一个具有重要意义的研究课题。本文对A公司物资统购系统建设及供应商选择与流程优化问题进行了研究。论文首先在综述国内外物资集约化管理有关文献的基础上,阐述了物资集约化、集中采购、电子商务管理等基础理论,从而为全文研究奠定了基础;其次,紧密结合A公司的实际情况,利用SWOT方法对A公司物资集约化管理现状进行了全面而深入的分析;再次,针对A公司在物资集约化管理中存在的突出问题,论述了构建物资统购系统的必要性和可行性,分析了物资统购管理的业务流程和数据流程,设计了物资统购系统的总体技术架构和总体功能架构,同时也从主要数据库结构、信息集成、输入/输出、系统安全性等方面对该系统进行了详细设计,逐步实现了物资统购系统的主要功能,为A电力公司物资集约化管理的顺利实施提供了必要的信息化条件;最后,基于集约化的物资统购系统,充分考虑供应商管理在物资统购业务方面的重要性,通过案例方式,运用层次分析法(AHP)对A公司供应商进行了选择,并基于集约化理念对A公司物资管理的主要业务流程进行了优化设计。本文的研究成果将使电力企业物资供应更加规范,资源配置更加优化,为降低成本,提升物资管理水平提供决策依据,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of energy information economy and the gradual deepening of the electricity reform, electric power enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges hitherto unknown, the implementation of the intensive management of power supplies has become an irresistible trend. Under this background, in order to realize high efficiency and combined with the material demand supply model of the management objectives, material order system construction based on the coverage of supply chain to intensive process, and strengthen the supplier management, optimize material management process, to enhance the level of material management, is an important research topic. This paper studies on A material order system construction and supplier selection and process optimization are analyzed firstly in this paper. Domestic and foreign investment in the relevant literature on the intensive management, expounds the material intensive, centralized procurement, electronic commerce management theory, so as to The research laid the foundation; secondly, combined with the actual situation of A company, using the SWOT method of the intensive management status of A Company material set a comprehensive and in-depth analysis; thirdly, according to the A company set problems in material intensive management, discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing material order system, analysis the business process and data flow of material order management, design the overall technical architecture material order system and the overall function of architecture, but also from the main database structure, information integration, input / output, system security and other aspects of the detailed design of the system, and gradually realize the main function of material order system, provide the information necessary for A Electric Power Company material in the smooth implementation of the intensive management; finally, intensive material order system based on full consideration of supplier management in The importance of information and business, through the case, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of A company supplier selection, and intensive concept based on the main business process of material management in A company are optimized. The results of this research will make the electric power enterprise supplies more standardized, more optimal allocation of resources. In order to reduce the cost, provide the basis for decision making to promote the level of material management, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
