跨境电商背景下LY公司空运经营策略研究

【摘要】:近年来,跨境电商在全球范围内快速发展,全球经济一体化带动跨境电商对传统国际贸易体系颠覆性的创新。各国政府都对跨境电商投入极高的关注度,它是适应国际贸易的最新发展趋势。中国政府接连出台跨境电商新政、增设跨境电商试点城市,积极发展有利于中国跨境电商的政治环境。国家对跨境电商的力促发展,更多旨在扶持相关传统产业借助新科技实现转型升级,通过调整企业的经营策略,使企业注入新的活力,从而在跨境电商发展的大潮中提升企业的综合竞争力。实践证明,物流运输是跨境电商的执行保证。而在当今高效的数字化时代,空运的快捷、安全、灵活性强的优势特点,有效地保证跨境电商消费者对于时效的要求。跨境电商的发展给空运发展带来巨大的商机。但传统的国际空运在向跨境电商运输转变的过程缺乏诸多硬件和软件的配套支持,比如跨境电商专业人才匮乏,跨境电商海外仓的建设,跨境电商综合服务平台建设,国际网络的搭建以及政府的相关支持等。跨境物流的服务水平在很大程度上决定着跨境电商整体发展的速度与方向。在新形势下,传统的空运企业必须要根据市场的发展需求,整合资源并进行改革与创新,利用智能信息化来促进跨境电商背景下空运的发展,以期提升客户的体验度,并在为客户提供高质量的专业服务的同时,创造良好的跨境电商行业氛围。本文以LY公司为研究对象,首先对空运与跨境电商发展进行概述,通过PEST分析法和“五力”模型分析法对LY公司空运发展进行环境分析;接着采用组合预测法(三次指数平滑法和GM(1,1)灰色预测法相结合)对与LY公司跨境电商空运发展相关的机场国际货量进行需求分析,进而对LY公司跨境电商空运业务量进行预测,分析LY公司跨境电商空运发展的必要性和可行性;最后运用SWOT分析法对LY公司发展定位,剖析LY公司的优势与不足,从而找出符合LY公司跨境电商空运发展的经营策略--结合传统空运发展的基础及有效资源、与跨境电商业务相衔接指出所需要的相关硬、软件配套建设,更好地促进LY公司的可持续性发展,打造成立足本省、面向全国、走向全世界的跨境电商空运集散地和分拨中心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly in the world, and global economic integration has led to the disruptive innovation of cross-border e-commerce to the traditional international trading system. Governments are paying great attention to cross-border ecommerce, which is the latest trend of international trade. The Chinese government has introduced a series of new cross-border e-commerce policies, adding new cross-border e-commerce pilot cities to actively develop a political environment conducive to cross-border e-commerce in China. The state's efforts to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce are aimed at supporting related traditional industries to achieve transformation and upgrading with the help of new technologies, and by adjusting the business strategy of the enterprises, to inject new vitality into the enterprises. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the tide of cross-border e-commerce development. Practice has proved that logistics transportation is the executive guarantee of cross-border ecommerce. In today's efficient digital age, air transportation has the advantages of fast, safe and flexible, which can effectively guarantee the requirement of time limitation for cross-border e-commerce consumers. The development of cross-border e-commerce brings huge business opportunities to the development of air transportation. However, in the process of transforming traditional international air transportation to cross-border e-commerce transportation, there is a lack of supporting hardware and software, such as the lack of professional personnel for cross-border e-commerce, the construction of overseas warehouses for cross-border e-commerce, and the construction of comprehensive service platforms for cross-border e-commerce. The construction of the international network and the relevant support of the government and so on. The service level of cross-border logistics largely determines the speed and direction of the overall development of cross-border e-commerce. Under the new situation, the traditional air transportation enterprises must integrate resources, reform and innovate according to the development demand of the market, and make use of intelligent information to promote the development of air transportation in the context of cross-border e-commerce, in order to enhance the experience of customers. And to provide customers with high-quality professional services at the same time, create a good cross-border e-commerce industry atmosphere. In this paper, LY company as the research object, first of all, the development of air transportation and cross-border e-commerce were summarized, through PEST analysis and "five forces" model analysis of the development of LY air transport environment analysis; Then the combined forecasting method (combination of cubic exponential smoothing method and GMY 1 / 1 grey forecasting method) is used to analyze the airport international volume related to the development of LY company's cross-border commercial air transportation, and then to forecast the volume of LY company's cross-border commercial air transportation business. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of LY Company's cross-border e-commerce air transportation, and finally analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of LY Company by using SWOT analysis method to locate the development of LY Company. In order to find out the business strategy in line with the development of LY Company's cross-border e-commerce air transportation-combining the foundation and effective resources of the traditional air transportation development, and linking up with the cross-border e-commerce business to point out the necessary hardware and software supporting construction, Better promote the sustainable development of LY, create a full province, facing the whole country, to the world of cross-border e-commerce air distribution center and distribution center.
