基于Spring MVC的亚马逊物流信息平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:亚马逊作为一家全球性的电子商务企业,以"顾客"为中心的服务理念保障了其在电商行业中的统治地位。亚马逊为了保证中国市场的电商服务质量,在全国范围内设立了 12家仓储中心,近100个中型配送站,通过订单配送、主动调拨等类型的线路实现高效的配送服务。在物流业务扩张的同时,也带来了运输过程透明度不高、管理成本过高等一系列问题。本平台旨在将物流过程中各个环节的数据收集起来,并形成一条完整的数据连接,在降低管理成本的同时,充分发挥数据的价值。首先综述了本项目的背景,包括当代信息化介绍、当代电子商务发展现状、亚马逊(中国)的物流管理现状、物流行业信息化现状。随后介绍了在项目开发过程中使用的Spring MVC框架的基本模块结构和响应过程,以及项目中所使用的亚马逊弹性计算云服务、数据库存储服务、文件存储服务、邮件服务。分析了系统特点、用户特征和用户权限划分,借助用例图和用例分析,从功能性与非功能性两个方面分别阐述了项目的详细需求。本系统包括为线路配置管理、车辆追踪、集装箱管理、货物管理、报价支持和结费支持等模块。通过分析本平台对亚马逊物流管理模式带来的变革,结合平台物理架构图、技术架构图、功能模块划分、实体关系图、数据库设计,展示了项目的概要设计情况。借助功能流程图和类图,阐述了项目的详细设计情况与具体实现过程。展示了平台的服务器部署环境与移动终端设备参数。结合部分测试用例展示了项目的功能性测试和非功能性测试结果。在论文的最后,对项目当前发展情况作出总结,分析平台的待改善之处,并对平台未来的发展方向作出展望。项目上线运行以来,已经为十个亚马逊仓储中心与二十多家承运商提供了信息管理等服务。减少了部门在物流管理上的人力投入,并且完善了集装箱、货物的监控体系,直接提升了顾客体验。
[Abstract]:Amazon as a global e-commerce enterprise, "customer"-centered service concept to ensure its dominant position in the ecommerce industry. In order to ensure the quality of e-commerce service in the Chinese market, Amazon has set up 12 warehousing centers and nearly 100 medium-sized distribution stations throughout the country to achieve efficient distribution services through order distribution, active allocation and other types of lines. At the same time, logistics business expansion also brings a series of problems, such as low transparency of transportation process, too high management cost and so on. The purpose of this platform is to collect all the data in the process of logistics, and form a complete data connection, which can reduce the cost of management and give full play to the value of data. Firstly, the background of this project is summarized, including the introduction of contemporary information, the development of contemporary electronic commerce, the current situation of logistics management of Amazon (China), and the present situation of informatization of logistics industry. Then, the basic module structure and response process of Spring MVC framework used in project development are introduced, and Amazon flexible computing cloud service, database storage service, file storage service and mail service are used in the project. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the system, the user characteristics and the division of user rights. With the help of use case diagram and use case analysis, the detailed requirements of the project are expounded from two aspects: functional and non-functional. The system includes modules such as line configuration management, vehicle tracking, container management, cargo management, quotation support and billing support. Through the analysis of the changes brought by this platform to Amazon logistics management mode, combined with the platform physical architecture diagram, technical architecture diagram, functional module partition, entity relationship diagram, database design, the outline of the project design is shown. With the help of function flow chart and class diagram, the detailed design and implementation process of the project are expounded. The server deployment environment and mobile terminal equipment parameters of the platform are shown. The functional and non-functional test results of the project are presented in combination with part of the test cases. At the end of the paper, the current development of the project is summarized, and the improvement of the platform is analyzed, and the future development direction of the platform is prospected. Since the project went live, it has provided information management services to 10 Amazon warehousing centers and more than 20 carriers. Reduce the department's manpower input in logistics management, and improve the container, cargo monitoring system, directly enhance the customer experience.
