基于供应链理论的伊泰集团物资采购战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的快速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业之间的竞争不再是两个企业的竞争,而是以企业为中心的供应链的竞争,企业同样面临着不断缩短交货周期、提高供货产品质量、降低采购总成本和不断改善服务的压力。采购战略作为企业整体战略的一部分,在新的竞争环境和公司组织结构下,企业面临重大挑战。采购是企业的核心部分,是企业的成本中心,更是供应链中连接企业与供应商的关键环节。好的采购战略可以降低采购成本以及企业投入的总体成本,投入总成本的降低逐渐成为企业获得不断竞争优势的重要来源。本文在深入调查、收集、整理第一手资料的基础上,以先进的供应链管理理论为指导,对伊泰集团物资采购战略进行了详细的研究。首先,说明了伊泰集团所处的内外部环境,分析了伊泰集团采购战略和整体战略及其相关性。接着,分析伊泰集团集中采购战略,对采购品类、供应商管理以及采购成本管理等方面进行分析。然后,结合伊泰集团现有情况,对采购管理重点方面进行优化,在供应链基础上对不同的物资类型设计不同的采购策略,提出伊泰集团的采购品类分类、供应商管理以及采购成本管理优化方法。尤其是就以下问题进行创新性分析,一是将供应商合作采购关系分为四种关系:正常采购关系、优先采购关系、合作伙伴关系和战略联盟采购关系,二是建立适合公司的定性定量相结合的供应商评价体系;三是在物资采购信息化系统上进行了业务流程优化。最后,在实施战略联盟采购、电子商务采购方面提出实施对策和建议。论文结合供应链管理等相关理论知识,理论联系实际,对伊泰集团物资采购战略进行分析研究,希望为伊泰集团采购战略的发展提供方向,也为我国其他煤炭企业采购管理改革提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. The competition between enterprises is no longer the competition of two enterprises, but the competition of supply chain centered on enterprises. Improve the quality of products, reduce the total cost of procurement and continuous improvement of service pressure. Procurement strategy as a part of the overall strategy of enterprises, in the new competitive environment and corporate organizational structure, enterprises face major challenges. Purchasing is the core part of the enterprise, the cost center of the enterprise, and the key link between the enterprise and the supplier in the supply chain. A good purchasing strategy can reduce the cost of purchasing and the total cost of enterprise input, and the reduction of total cost of input has gradually become an important source for enterprises to gain continuous competitive advantage. On the basis of deep investigation, collection and collation of firsthand data, and guided by advanced supply chain management theory, this paper makes a detailed study on the material purchasing strategy of Yitai Group. First of all, it explains the internal and external environment of Itay Group, analyzes the procurement strategy and the overall strategy of Itay Group and its relevance. Then, it analyzes the centralized purchasing strategy of Yitai Group, and analyzes the purchasing category, supplier management and purchasing cost management. Then, according to the current situation of Yitai Group, the paper optimizes the key aspects of procurement management, designs different purchasing strategies for different material types on the basis of supply chain, and puts forward the classification of procurement categories of Yitai Group. Supplier management and procurement cost management optimization methods. In particular, innovative analysis is carried out on the following issues: first, the supplier cooperative procurement relationship is divided into four types: normal procurement relationship, priority procurement relationship, cooperative partnership and strategic alliance procurement relationship. The second is to establish a supplier evaluation system which is suitable for the company's qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the third is to optimize the business process in the material purchasing information system. Finally, in the implementation of strategic alliance procurement, e-commerce procurement aspects of the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions. Combined with supply chain management and other related theories, this paper analyzes and studies the material procurement strategy of Itay Group, hoping to provide a direction for the development of the procurement strategy of Yitai Group. Also for other coal enterprises in China procurement management reform to provide reference.
