H公司海外客户网上交易风险识别与治理研究

【摘要】:随着现代互联网的发展,网上交易的模式日趋多样化与规模化,无形中消除了传统购物的诸多限制,已经成为商业交易的主流模式,也是二十一世纪人类在信息世界方面的核心。但在网上交易的过程中,其交易风险如果不及时防治和改善,会直接影响社会经济的正常发展。因此,需要通过网上交易主体和客体的同步管控交易的风险,促进电子商务的尽快发展,是当前网上交易急待解决的重要问题。本文首先总结网上交易的特点和风险表现形式,并揭示B2B、B2C、C2C三种主要网上交易模式的特点和不同的风险特征,以便针对不同类型的网上交易风险展开识别与治理。然后从H公司业务规模增长的战略目标出发,阐述H公司建立网上交易系统成为公司业务战略变革的主要原因。以H公司海外客户网上交易系统的建立为实例,讲述建立海外客户网上交易风险识别与评估的过程,为进一步采用风险策略集来治理改善网上交易风险做好潜在问题的分析。最后,从企业策略集、社会策略集、行业策略集三个方面提出网上交易模式下的风险规避、防治、及改善提升的整体架构,为H公司的网上交易持续向深度、广度推行,同时也为企业的电子商业模式的优化提供保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern Internet, the mode of online transaction has become more and more diversified and large-scale, which has virtually eliminated many restrictions of traditional shopping, and has become the mainstream mode of business transaction. It is also the core of the information world in the 21 th century. However, in the process of online trading, if the transaction risk is not prevented and improved in time, it will directly affect the normal development of social economy. Therefore, it is necessary to control the risks of transactions through the synchronization of the subject and object of online transactions, and to promote the development of electronic commerce as soon as possible, which is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper first summarizes the characteristics and risk forms of online trading, and reveals the characteristics and different risk characteristics of three main online transaction modes, so as to identify and manage the different types of online transaction risks. Then, starting from the strategic goal of H company's business scale growth, the paper expounds that H company's establishment of online trading system has become the main reason of the company's business strategic change. Taking the establishment of online trading system for overseas customers of H Company as an example, this paper describes the process of establishing online transaction risk identification and evaluation of overseas customers, and makes an analysis of potential problems for further using risk strategy set to manage and improve online trading risks. Finally, from three aspects of enterprise strategy set, social strategy set and industry strategy set, the paper puts forward the overall framework of risk aversion, prevention and improvement under the online trading mode, so as to promote H company's online trading to the depth and breadth. At the same time, it also provides the guarantee for the optimization of the electronic business model.
