“一带一路”战略下中国“跨境电商”面临的机遇和挑战

【摘要】:自2013年习近平主席提出"一带一路"战略构想以来,围绕"一带一路"建设的话题越来越多,这是全方位深化改革开放的重要构想。2013年又被称为跨境电商"元年",电子商务如何发展受到越来越多企业或个人的关注。跨境电商具有低成本,好服务,高效率等优势,我国重视电商发展,推动跨境电商走出去,"一带一路"建设加强与经济带地区国家的经济合作,为跨境电商发展提供了良好契机。但中国电商尚处于上升阶段,自身发展还有很多限制,国际市场经验不足,依附"一带一路"建设顺利拓展境外市场具有挑战性。
[Abstract]:Since President Belt and Road put forward the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" in 2013, there have been more and more topics surrounding the construction of "Belt and Road". This is an important idea for deepening reform and opening up in all directions. 2013 is also called the first year of cross-border e-commerce. How to develop e-commerce has attracted more and more attention from enterprises or individuals. Cross-border e-commerce has the advantages of low cost, good service and high efficiency. China attaches importance to the development of e-commerce and promotes cross-border e-commerce to go out. "Belt and Road" is building and strengthening economic cooperation with countries with economic zones. For cross-border e-commerce development provides a good opportunity. However, Chinese e-commerce is still in a rising stage, its own development is still a lot of restrictions, the international market experience is not enough, it is challenging to rely on "Belt and Road" to build a smooth expansion of the overseas market.
