顺丰速运快递业务的基本竞争战略研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国经济结构的转型升级改变了传统的经营管理和生产组织模式,跨区贸易飞速增加,电子商务发展势头迅猛。凭借打破时空限制、联系生产生活等优势,快递业展现出广阔发展前景。通过20余年的发展,顺丰速运已成长为我国民营快递行业的领军企业,其企业自身资源的优劣势和在宏观经济与行业环境中面临的机遇、挑战等情况,在民营快递企业群体中都极具代表性。本文首先简单介绍顺丰速运公司的基本概况,然后针对公司当前遇到的竞争难题,综合运用PEST分析法、五力模型、IFE和EFE评价矩阵等战略分析工具对顺丰速运公司的内部资源情况和外部环境进行分析,并在此基础上根据SWOT分析矩阵对公司可能采用的三大基本竞争战略进行可行性分析,得出顺丰速运宜采取差异化战略的结论。最后,结合前文分析研究,就企业如何实施和保障其竞争战略提出合理建议。通过对顺丰速运快递业务基本竞争战略的影响因素和决策模式的研究,可以为其他民营快递企业如何在复杂激烈的市场竞争环境中求得生存和持续性发展提供一个新的思路,对我国民营型快递企业制定市场竞争战略具有充分的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure has changed the traditional mode of management and production organization. By breaking the time-space restrictions, linked to production and life and other advantages, express delivery industry shows a broad development prospects. After more than 20 years of development, Shunfeng has grown into a leading enterprise in the private express industry in China. The advantages and disadvantages of its own resources and the opportunities and challenges it faces in the macroeconomic and industrial environment. In the group of private express delivery enterprises are extremely representative. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Shunfeng express transportation company, and then, aiming at the current competitive problems encountered by the company, synthetically applies PEST analysis method. Five Force models and strategic analysis tools, such as IFE and EFE evaluation matrix, are used to analyze the internal resources and external environment of Shunfeng Speedway Company. On this basis, according to the SWOT analysis matrix, the paper analyzes the feasibility of the three basic competitive strategies that may be adopted by the company, and draws the conclusion that Shunfeng Superior should adopt the differentiation strategy. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to implement and protect the competition strategy. Through the research on the influencing factors and decision-making mode of the basic competitive strategy of Shunfeng express delivery business, it can provide a new way for other private express enterprises to survive and develop continuously in the complicated and fierce market competition environment. It has full theoretical and practical significance for private express delivery enterprises to formulate market competition strategy.
