金融支持农村电子商务生态系统发展研究

【摘要】:在我国农村电子商务(下文简称“农村电商”)取得的重大成就和突破的过程中,金融服务扮演着重要的角色。同时随着农村电商所处环境变得越来越复杂,面临的挑战也越来越严峻,电子商务生态系统的发展思路受到各方关注和推崇。特别是各大互联网企业纷纷加紧对农村电商发展战略的布局,农村电商生态系统在慢慢形成并开始向外拓展,文章正是在这样的背景下着重对我国农村电商生态系统及其金融支持的问题进行研究。首先,文章对农村电商的相关研究进行梳理和评述,并在此基础上基于电商经营主体的微观角度提出农村电商生态系统的内涵和基本分析框架,认为农村电商生态系统是由核心层和支撑层构成,本文也将金融对两个层次的支撑展开论述。其次,利用统计描述的方法对金融支持农村电商生态系统建设实际情况进行描述,并对其中存在的问题作简要分析,通过对实际情况的分析得出我国农村电商生态系统发展依然处于起步阶段,金融支持不足。第三,利用灰色关联理论从整体上简要论证了当前对农村电商生态系统发展的影响因子;利用VAR计量模型对金融支持农村电商生态建设以及物流体系发展的问题进行了论证;同时,通过案例分析法对金融支持农村电商生态系统的平台建设和信息管理问题进行了论证。不同方面的实证结果都证明了金融对农村电商生态系统发展的支持作用。基于本文的理论和实证分析得出以下结论:我国农村电商生态系统发展尚处于初步形成向规模拓展过渡的阶段,发展很不成熟;金融支持是影响农村电商发展的重要因素,金融规模对农村电商生态系统的发展比起金融效率更具优势,当金融支持达到一定规模后,金融效率才会对农村电商的发展起到较为明显的效用;从金融对物流系统发展的贡献率上看,农村金融规模则明显处于优势地位;农村电商生态平台建设和信息管理存在很多问题,平台主要是寄生于第三方,金融支持农村电商生态系统平台建设也严重不足,存在规模非对称的状况,特别是在农村电商生态发展之初;政府政策和财政倾向对农村电商平台和信息管理有一定的指引性,会带动当地电商生态的形成和发展。
[Abstract]:Financial service plays an important role in the process of great achievement and breakthrough of rural electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as "rural ecommerce") in our country. At the same time, as the environment of rural e-commerce becomes more and more complex, the challenges are becoming more and more serious. In particular, the major Internet enterprises have stepped up the layout of the rural e-commerce development strategy, and the rural ecommerce ecosystem is slowly forming and beginning to expand outwards. This paper focuses on the rural ecommerce ecosystem and its financial support in this context. First of all, the paper combs and comments the related research of rural ecommerce, and puts forward the connotation and basic analysis frame of rural ecommerce ecosystem based on the micro-angle of the main body of ecommerce management. The rural ecommerce ecosystem is composed of core layer and support layer. Secondly, using the method of statistical description to describe the actual situation of financial support to the construction of rural ecommerce ecosystem, and briefly analyze the existing problems. Through the analysis of the actual situation, it is concluded that the development of rural ecommerce ecosystem is still in its infancy, and the financial support is insufficient. Thirdly, using the grey relation theory, the paper briefly demonstrates the influence factors on the development of rural ecommerce ecosystem, and demonstrates the problems of financial support for rural ecommerce ecological construction and the development of logistics system by using VAR econometric model. At the same time, the paper demonstrates the platform construction and information management of the rural ecommerce ecosystem supported by finance through case analysis. The empirical results from different aspects prove that finance supports the development of rural ecommerce ecosystem. Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: the development of rural ecommerce ecosystem in China is still in the initial stage of transition to scale expansion, and the development is not mature, and financial support is an important factor affecting the development of rural ecommerce. Financial scale has more advantages than financial efficiency in the development of rural ecommerce ecosystem. When financial support reaches a certain scale, financial efficiency will play a more obvious role in the development of rural ecommerce. From the view of the contribution of finance to the development of logistics system, the scale of rural finance is obviously in an advantageous position. There are many problems in the construction of rural ecommerce ecological platform and information management, and the platform is mainly parasitic on the third party. Financial support for the construction of rural ecommerce ecosystem platform is also seriously inadequate, and there is a situation of asymmetric scale, especially at the beginning of rural ecommerce ecological development. Government policies and fiscal tendencies have a certain guiding effect on rural e-commerce platform and information management. Will drive the formation and development of local ecommerce ecology.
