小微外贸企业发展跨境电商的困境与突破

【摘要】:跨境电商成为我国对外贸易新的经济增长点,小微外贸企业也以其自身灵活应变的特点通过发展跨境电商进行转型。文章结合小微外贸企业发展跨境电商的形势与特点,分析了小微外贸企业在激烈的市场竞争中所遇到的资金短缺、跨境物流及支付体系不完善、营销及拓展市场能力有限、人才缺乏等难题,提出应该在充分利用政策支持的基础上,创新模式,实施品牌化经营,依托区位优势发展产业集群,借助第三方跨境服务平台转型升级,与高校紧密联合培养人才,以此帮助小微外贸企业突破跨境电商发展过程中的瓶颈与困境。
[Abstract]:Cross-border e-commerce has become a new economic growth point of China's foreign trade. Combined with the situation and characteristics of developing cross-border e-commerce in small and micro foreign trade enterprises, this paper analyzes the shortage of funds encountered by small and micro foreign trade enterprises in the fierce market competition, the imperfection of cross-border logistics and payment system, and the limited ability of marketing and expanding the market. This paper puts forward that we should make full use of the policy support, innovate the mode, implement brand management, develop industrial cluster based on location advantage, and upgrade with the help of third party cross-border service platform. In order to help the small and micro foreign trade enterprises break through the bottleneck and predicament in the development of cross-border e-commerce, we should work closely with colleges and universities to train talents.
