十堰市农业生态园发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：农业作为第一产业,在国民经济中占据重要的位置,是国家最基本的发展产业。由于农业生产的战略地位,中央一号文件近年来都在聚焦农业。农业发展在传统模式的基础上不断进行完善和改革,并开始逐渐将农业发展的方向定位于景观、生态和休闲等方面,而这种现代化农业发展模式越来越重视经济、生态和社会效益三者之间的平衡发展,在此发展背景下,农业生态园模式开始逐渐发展起来并获得了广泛的认可。十堰市位于湖北省西北部,汉江中上游,四季分明,地理位置和气候条件优越。农业人口在十堰众多,解决“三农”问题,改善农民生产生活,能够让农业成为助推十堰建设发展的动力。作为内陆第一个山林风景型园林城市,尽管十堰市已经建成了不少农业观光型生态园区,但缺乏新颖的创意、科学的理论支持,存在诸多问题。十堰政府也出台了有关促进农业生态园发展的相关政策,但目前也还处在实践摸索阶段。本文划分了六个部分,第一部分是绪论,中间四部分是重点,最后一部分是总结和展望。第三部分对十堰市农业生态园的发展现状和存在的问题进行了论述,第四部分通过走访实地调研,对3个十堰市现有农业生态园发展优劣进行了分析比较,第五部分提出了适合十堰市农业生态园发展的对策和建议:加强政府调控;探索高效管理模式;实施品牌发展战略;提高从业人员素养;提高农业生态园科技含量;发展电子商务助推产品销售,实现农业生态园的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:As the first industry, agriculture occupies an important position in the national economy. It is the most basic development industry of the country. Because of the strategic position of agricultural production, the central No. 1 document has been focusing on agriculture in recent years. The agricultural development has been continuously improved and Reform Based on the traditional mode, and gradually the direction of agricultural development is gradually located in the landscape. View, ecology and leisure and so on, and this modern agricultural development mode has paid more and more attention to the balanced development between the three economic, ecological and social benefits. Under this background, the model of agricultural ecological garden has been gradually developed and accepted widely. Shiyan is located in the northwest of Hubei Province, the middle and upper reaches of the Hanjiang River, four seasons distinct, The rational position and climate conditions are superior. There are many agricultural population in Shiyan. To solve the "three rural" problems, improve the farmers' production and life, and make agriculture a driving force to promote the development of Shiyan. As the first mountain landscape garden city in the inland, although Shiyan has built a few agricultural sightseeing ecological parks, it lacks new creation. There are many problems in the support of scientific theory. The government of Shiyan has also promulgated relevant policies to promote the development of agricultural ecological garden, but it is still in the stage of practice. This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, the four part is the key, the last part is the summary and the prospect. The third part is about the agriculture of Shiyan. The development status and existing problems of ecological garden are discussed. In the fourth part, by visiting the field investigation, the fourth part analyzes and compares the development and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing agricultural ecological gardens in the 3 cities. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the agricultural ecological garden in Shiyan: strengthen the government regulation and control, explore the efficient management model and implement the brand. Developing strategies; improving the quality of employees; improving the technological content of agricultural ecological parks; developing e-commerce to boost product sales and realizing the sustainable development of agro ecological parks.
