可信电子商务体系研究

【摘要】: 随着Internet的迅速发展,基于Internet的电子商务越来越受到人们的关注,已经成为现代经济体系中一种新兴的重要商务模式。电子商务的发展不可避免地会遇到由Internet的开放性和共享性等特点所引起的安全问题。安全问题对电子商务的可信性产生了巨大影响,可信性问题成为了制约电子商务发展的巨大瓶颈。近年来电子商务发展频繁受到各种安全隐患和不诚信因素的严重影响,因此对电子商务的可信性问题进行研究迫在眉睫。 此前,人们对电子商务的可信性研究主要从安全角度来解决问题。电子商务的安全是保证电子商务网上交易的机密性、完整性、可鉴别性和不可否认性等特性的基础,但电子商务的可信所包含的范围很广,安全只是可信的重要前提和基础。当前人们对于电子商务可信性的研究往往涉入不深,研究进展较慢,这在一定程度上影响了电子商务的发展。近年来,随着可信计算研究的不断深入,一些相关技术或产品已可应用于电子商务等领域中,以提高电子商务等应用的可信性。 本文重点分析了影响电子商务可信性的各种因素,通过研究可信计算技术,将可信计算技术与电子商务相结合,提出了一种基于可信计算技术的电子商务体系,建立了可信电子商务体系的模糊综合评测模型,通过模糊综合评测模型验证了可信电子商务体系的合理性和可信性。论文所做的研究工作主要包括三个方面: 第一,论文研究了可信计算技术,分析了当前电子商务体系在可信性研究方面的不足,最后指出可信计算技术在改善当前电子商务体系不足方面的优势。 第二,论文提出了一种基于可信计算的电子商务体系,即可信电子商务体系。可信计算技术与电子商务的结合,加强了电子商务的安全性与可信性,可以有效地解决当前制约电子商务发展的相关问题。 第三,为了更好地提高可信电子商务体系的可信性,本文引入了模糊理论,采用模糊综合评测法,建立了可信电子商务体系的模糊综合评测模型。利用该模型作为可信电子商务体系的可信度评测策略,对可信电子商务体系的可信度进行定性与定量的分析与评测。本文最后通过模拟综合评测模型较好地验证了可信电子商务体系的合理性和可信性。 因此,基于可信计算的电子商务体系和基于模糊理论的电子商务可信度评测方法在电子商务可信性研究领域中具有一定的创新性和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, E-commerce based on Internet has attracted more and more attention, and has become a new and important business model in modern economic system. The development of electronic commerce will inevitably meet the security problems caused by the openness and sharing of Internet. Security issues have a great impact on the credibility of electronic commerce, which has become a huge bottleneck restricting the development of electronic commerce. In recent years, the development of electronic commerce is frequently affected by various security risks and dishonesty factors, so it is urgent to study the credibility of electronic commerce. Previously, the credibility of e-commerce research mainly from a security point of view to solve the problem. The security of electronic commerce is the basis to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, discriminability and non-repudiation of electronic commerce online transactions, but the trust of electronic commerce includes a wide range of areas, security is only the important premise and foundation of trust. At present, the research on the credibility of electronic commerce is often not deep, and the research progress is slow, which to some extent affects the development of electronic commerce. In recent years, with the deepening of trusted computing research, some related technologies or products can be applied to e-commerce and other fields, in order to improve the credibility of e-commerce applications. This paper focuses on the analysis of various factors affecting the credibility of electronic commerce. By studying trusted computing technology and combining trusted computing technology with electronic commerce, a new electronic commerce system based on trusted computing technology is proposed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of trusted electronic commerce system is established, and the rationality and credibility of trusted electronic commerce system are verified by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The research work in this paper mainly includes three aspects: first, this paper studies the trusted computing technology and analyzes the deficiency of the current electronic commerce system in the credibility research. Finally, it points out the advantages of trusted computing technology in improving the insufficiency of current e-commerce system. Secondly, a trusted computing-based e-commerce system is proposed. The combination of trusted computing technology and electronic commerce enhances the security and credibility of electronic commerce and can effectively solve the related problems that restrict the development of electronic commerce. Thirdly, in order to improve the credibility of trusted E-commerce system, fuzzy theory is introduced and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of trusted E-commerce system. Using this model as the credibility evaluation strategy of trusted e-commerce system, the credibility of trusted e-commerce system is analyzed and evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. In the end, the rationality and credibility of trusted E-commerce system are verified by simulation and comprehensive evaluation model. Therefore, the electronic commerce system based on trusted computing and the evaluation method of electronic commerce credibility based on fuzzy theory have some innovative and practical significance in the field of electronic commerce credibility research.
