“海淘”售后服务流程及其差异对比分析

【摘要】:海淘的兴起使得消费者能够更为便捷地获取全球商品,然而海淘模式下复杂的售后流程使得消费者容易陷入维权窘境。本文在梳理海淘模式的基础上,归纳出对应模式下的售后服务流程,并从售后问题和售后过程对海淘"直邮"、"转运"、"跨境电商"三种模式的售后服务进行对比,最后分别对商家和消费者的售后服务活动提出建议。研究成果丰富了网购售后服务的相关理论,对海淘商家和消费者进行售后服务活动起借鉴指导意义。
[Abstract]:The rise of Amoy has made it easier for consumers to gain access to global goods, but the complex after-sale process under the Haitao model makes consumers vulnerable to the dilemma of safeguarding their rights. On the basis of combing the pattern of Haitao, this paper sums up the after-sales service flow under the corresponding mode, and compares the after-sales service of the three modes of "direct mail", "transshipment" and "cross-border e-commerce" from the after-sales problems and the after-sale process. Finally, the business and consumer's after-sales service activities put forward suggestions. The research results enrich the relevant theory of after-sale service of online shopping, and play a guiding role in the after-sale service activities of the merchants and consumers of Amoy.
