明水县淘宝村建设问题与对策研究

【摘要】：为了真实准确地了解明水县淘宝村建设的实际情况,本研究采取农户问卷调查的方法,利用设计的问题来了解受访者的看法及观点,从农户的角度发现目前明水县淘宝村建设存在的问题。同时通过对国内先进地区淘宝村建设的主要经验进行考察,分析总结明水县可以学习借鉴的经验。在上述分析的基础上,最终提出促进明水县淘宝村建设的对策建议。本文首先指出我国农村电子商务和淘宝村发展的背景,指出明水县建设淘宝村可行性。通过收集参加过明水县农村淘宝合伙人招募宣讲会的农户的联系方式,对303农户进行了问卷调查,进行研究分析,了解了明水县农户对于电子商务的认知和使用情况,了解农民淘宝网店经营的结构特征、网络应用状况、业务需求。最后提出促进明水县淘宝村建设的对策建议。本研究提出的促进明水县淘宝村建设的对策建议主要包括,一是建立健全的明水县淘宝村建设组织管理体系,二是提高明水县农民电子商务培训水平,三是完善明水县电子商务的综合配套服务,四是完善电子商务发展的投融资机制,五是提高明水县村电子商务的服务品质。本研究有利于对明水县农村电子商务的全面了解。本研究全面系统地分析了明水县建设淘宝村背景和现实,通过农户调查对明水县建设淘宝村建设的总体情况有了全面性的掌握,并由此分析了明水县淘宝村建设中存在的问题,这为地方政府决策制定和相关理论研究提供较大的帮助。
[Abstract]:In order to truly understand the actual situation of Taobao village construction in Mingshui County, this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey of farmers, and uses the design questions to understand the opinions and viewpoints of the interviewees. From the perspective of farmers to find the current Ming-shui County Taobao Village construction problems. At the same time, by investigating the main experience of Taobao village construction in the advanced area of China, this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience that Mingshui County can learn from. On the basis of the above analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Taobao Village in Mingshui County are put forward. This paper first points out the background of the development of rural electronic commerce and Taobao village in China, and points out the feasibility of constructing Taobao Village in Mingshui County. Through collecting the contact information of the farmers who had participated in the rural-Taobao partner recruitment seminar in Mingshui County, we conducted a questionnaire survey to 303 peasant households, conducted research and analysis, and learned about the cognition and use of E-commerce among farmers in Mingshui County. Understand farmers Taobao shop management structure characteristics, network applications, business needs. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Taobao Village in Mingshui County. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Taobao Village in Mingshui County are as follows: one is to establish a sound organization and management system for the construction of Taobao Village in Mingshui County, and the other is to improve the level of e-commerce training for farmers in Mingshui County. The third is to perfect the comprehensive supporting services of E-commerce in Mingshui County, the fourth is to perfect the investment and financing mechanism for the development of E-commerce, and the fifth is to improve the service quality of E-commerce in the village of Mingshui County. This study is beneficial to the comprehensive understanding of rural e-commerce in Mingshui County. This study comprehensively and systematically analyzes the background and reality of Taobao village construction in Mingshui County, and comprehensively grasps the overall situation of Taobao village construction in Mingshui County through peasant household investigation, and then analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Taobao Village in Mingshui County. This provides greater help for local government decision-making and related theoretical research.
