天津XX货场改造项目可行性研究

【摘要】:2013年北京铁路局实施的货运改革,铁路货运改革已经初见成效,但是由于铁路运输历史积淀较久,货场设施及配套管理相对落后保守,致使铁路货运的大多数网点都难于融入高速高效的市场经济。2013年的铁路进行企业改革,使得货运系统独立出来,作为一个单独的经营体与主要运输系统进行分离,给铁路货运带来了新的机遇。天津地处太平洋西岸,位于环渤海经济圈和京津冀城市群的交汇点上,是贯通南北方、连接东西部、沟通国内外的重要枢纽城市。同世界上180多个国家和地区的500多个港口有贸易往来,每年有5.4亿吨货物经此集散运往世界各地,一跃成为全球货物吞吐量第四大港,年集装箱吞吐量超过1411万标准箱。因此,天津港是重要的口岸和综合性港口,在北方港口群中竞争力较强。XX公司其下属物流公司货场紧邻天津港,承载着天津开发区、天津港保税区、天津港自贸区、京津冀一体化、“一带一路”经济体等多个国家战略部署,对该网点实施项目可控性物流基础设施将成为铁路改革试水港口经济的重要环节。但是由于该网点建成’较早、场地限制、作业能力已经饱和等问题已经无法满足企业的飞速发展,因此,对于该货场的改造迫在眉睫。在分析天津XX公司货场现状的基础上,运用现代物流理论、电子商务理论和可行性分析的相关理论,以及主要运用了文献检索、实地调研以及SWOT分析等方法,首先分析了现有货场存在的地质条件以及设备简陋等无法满足货场发展的问题,然后提出了对现有货场改造的方案,包括分区改造管理以及与鄂尔多斯中煤集团以及奇瑞汽车等公司的战略合作项目等等,然后分别从货场改造的必要性、货场改造的环境、技术、经济等要素的可行性进行了深入的分析,在中央实施“一带一路”战略的背景下,XX公司货场改造项目在环境、技术以及经济等方面论证是可行,货场的改造对于天津XX公司货场的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The freight transport reform implemented by Beijing Railway Administration in 2013 has already achieved initial results, but because of the long history of railway transportation, the facilities and supporting management of the freight yard are relatively backward and conservative. This has made it difficult for most outlets of railway freight to integrate into a high-speed and efficient market economy. In 2013, the railway carried out enterprise reforms to make the freight system independent and separate from the main transport system as a separate operator. It brings new opportunities to railway freight. Tianjin is located on the west coast of the Pacific Ocean and at the intersection of the economic circle around the Bohai Sea and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. It is an important hub city connecting the south and the north, connecting the east and the west, and connecting the domestic and foreign cities. With more than 500 ports in more than 180 countries and regions in the world, 540 million tons of goods are transported to all parts of the world every year. It has become the fourth largest port of cargo throughput in the world, and the annual container throughput exceeds 14.11 million TEUs. Therefore, Tianjin Port is an important port and a comprehensive port. It has strong competitiveness in the northern port group. The cargo yard of its subsidiary logistics company is next to Tianjin Port, carrying the Tianjin Development Zone, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, and the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. With the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the "Belt and Road" economy, the implementation of the project controllable logistics infrastructure will become an important link in the railway reform of the port economy. However, due to the establishment of the network 'early, site constraints, operating capacity has been saturated and other problems have been unable to meet the rapid development of enterprises, therefore, the transformation of the yard is imminent. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of Tianjin XX Company's freight yard, the paper applies modern logistics theory, electronic commerce theory and feasibility analysis theory, and mainly uses the methods of literature retrieval, field investigation and SWOT analysis, etc. This paper first analyzes the existing geological conditions of the existing freight yard and the problems which can not meet the needs of the development of the freight yard, such as the simple equipment, and then puts forward a scheme for the transformation of the existing freight yard. Including sub-area transformation management and strategic cooperation projects with Ordos China Coal Group and Chery Automobile, etc., and then, respectively, from the necessity of the transformation of the freight yard, the environment and technology of the yard transformation, The feasibility of economy and other factors is analyzed in depth. Under the background of "Belt and Road" strategy implemented by the central government, the project of freight yard reconstruction of XX Company is feasible in environmental, technical and economic aspects. The transformation of freight yard is of great significance to the sustainable development of Tianjin XX Company.
