As a result of the rapid growth in warehousing investment, forklifts, commonly used as logistics operating equipment for warehouse operations, have grown extremely rapidly in China, which has become the world's largest forklift manufacturing base. At the same time, the number of new forklifts in China reaches 300000 a year (1.5 million forklifts were used by the logistics industry in 2012), but statistics from the United States and Germany show that there are tens of thousands of serious forklift safety accidents a year. Resulting in huge property losses and serious casualties. Although the active safety system of home vehicle has been developed greatly, the active safety system of forklift truck is only in the pioneer period. At present, there has not been a collision warning system for forklift safety in domestic market. Forklift safety accessories market has great potential, in order to meet the market demand, at the same time, after the competitive analysis, it is proposed to set up a company Han Safety to introduce to the market the company designed by the company than foreign competitors high performance and price ratio products. This paper divides the business plan into four parts: external analysis, competition analysis, market analysis, marketing plan, business plan and financial plan. Han Safety Company is determined to be Xiaomi in forklift safety industry and provide customers with innovative products with high cost performance. At the same time, through the investigation, we know the psychological price of forklift collision warning system for various functions. We also ask about the price of foreign competitors' products by email, synthesizing all the information. We have priced our products beyond consumer expectations, while also ensuring that Han Safety is profitable. Also understand the potential customer preference purchase channels. Then the market of forklift safety products is analyzed by using STP theory and 4P theory, and the target market, positioning and 4P strategy of forklift crash warning system of HanSafety Company are determined. The sales volume of the product is forecasted, which lays the foundation for the subsequent financial forecast. In the chapter of the Business Plan, the operational objectives of Han Safety are defined, including company planning, website construction, online e-commerce system, annual sales target and product development. At the same time, listed the business plan and milestones, introduced the company's core management and technical team. Finally, it discusses the lean venture (lean development).
