中国舟山国际水产城电子商务发展研究

【摘要】:中国舟山群岛,位于祖国的东海岸和长江出海口交汇处,是我国最大的水产品交易基地,有“海鲜之都”和“祖国渔都”的美称,是我国屈指可数的天然深水良港。2011年,舟山群岛首次以“浙江舟山群岛新区”的身份被正式写入《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》中,从此舟山群岛新区的发展被纳入国家议程。浙江舟山群岛新区,东临我国最大的东海渔场,具有非常明显区位、资源优势,积极带动了浙江省海洋经济的快速发展;同时,舟山群岛新区的发展离不开舟山地方经济的同步快速发展作为基础。渔业自古以来都是是舟山地方经济的主导产业之一,然而传统的渔业水产品运营方式存在诸多弊端,如何调整渔业产业结构,探索行之有效的水产品电子商务已成当务之急。中国舟山国际水产城作为国家农业产业化重点龙头企业、国家级重点大型批发市场更应该主动发展电子商务战略,促进企业市场转型升级。本文从电子商务运营模式入手,通过比对目前水产品典型电子商务运营的几种模式如B2B、B2C、C2C、B2B2C以及O2O等,归纳总结了各种模式的内涵以及特点;采用走访中国舟山国际水产城、访谈舟山国际水产城管理者及商户、个人实际水产品购物体验以及网络搜索等方法,获取一手资料,对中国舟山国际水产城电子商务发展现状进行了深入分析,结合中国舟山国际水产城电子商务运营环境分析,发现舟山国际水产城发展电子商务所存在的问题。在借鉴国内主要水产品电子商务平台构架方式的基础上,提出促进中国舟山国际水产城电子商务发展的对策,从而探索出一条切实有效的中国舟山国际水产城电子商务发展道路,使舟山渔业水产行业真正实现行业转型升级,进一步提升市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:The Zhoushan archipelago in China, located on the east coast of the motherland and the intersection of the Yangtze River outlet, is the largest aquatic product trading base in China. It has the name of "the seafood capital" and "the motherland fishing". It is the most natural deepwater port in China in.2011, and the Zhoushan archipelago was first written to the national classics as "the new area of Zhejiang Zhoushan islands". In the twelfth five year program of economic and social development, the development of the new area of the Zhoushan islands has been brought into the national agenda. The Zhejiang Zhoushan archipelago new area, the East China East China Sea fishing ground, has the very obvious location, the resource advantage, and the rapid development of the marine economy of Zhejiang province; at the same time, the development of the new area of the Zhoushan islands is not enough. The synchronous and rapid development of local economy in Zhoushan is the basis. Fishery has been one of the leading industries in Zhoushan's local economy since ancient times. However, there are many disadvantages in the traditional fishery water product operation mode. It has become an urgent task to adjust the fishery industry structure and explore the effective aquaculture of aquatic products. The international fishery of Zhoushan, China As the key leading enterprise of national agricultural industrialization, the national key large wholesale market should actively develop e-commerce strategy and promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise market. This paper, starting with the e-business operation mode, compares several typical e-business models of aquatic products, such as B2B, B2C, C2C, B2B2C and O2O, etc. This paper sums up the connotation and characteristics of various models, interviews with Zhoushan international aquaculture City, interviews with managers and merchants of Zhoushan international aquaculture City, personal actual aquatic products shopping experience and network search methods to obtain first-hand information, and deeply analyzes the current situation of e-commerce development in Zhoushan international aquaculture city in China, and combines China with China. The analysis of the e-business operating environment of Zhoushan international aquaculture city finds the problems existing in the development of electronic commerce in Zhoushan international aquaculture city. On the basis of reference to the framework of the domestic main aquatic products e-commerce platform, the countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of electronic commerce in the international aquaculture city of Zhoushan, China, so as to explore a practical and effective China. The development path of e-commerce in Zhoushan international aquatic product city enables Zhoushan fishery fishery industry to truly realize industry transformation and upgrading, and further enhance market competitiveness.
