新常态下滁州跨境电商发展机遇与对策研究

【摘要】：从中国经济和贸易的新常态着手,指出跨境电商已成为外贸转型升级的新亮点。新形势下,滁州跨境电商发展面临重要机遇期,宏观上表现在国家"一带一路"战略及中央配套政策支持,微观上包括地方政府政策倾斜、良好的产业基础及"互联网+"战略。进一步分析了滁州跨境电商在配套服务、人才以及企业集聚等方面存在的问题,并针对性地提出了优化通关服务、建设新型物流体系、加强跨境电商企业监管及产业规划、培养跨境电商人才、培育龙头企业等对策。
[Abstract]:Starting from the new normal of China's economy and trade, it is pointed out that cross-border e-commerce has become a new bright spot in the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade. Under the new situation, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Chuzhou is facing an important opportunity period, which is reflected in the "Belt and Road" strategy of the state and the supporting policies of the central government. Good industrial base and internet strategy. This paper further analyzes the problems of Chuzhou cross-border e-commerce in supporting services, talents and enterprise agglomeration, and puts forward the following suggestions: optimizing customs clearance services, building a new logistics system, strengthening the supervision and industrial planning of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
