电子商务服务业自适应能力形成机理模型实证分析
[Abstract]:In recent years, E-commerce service industry presents blowout development, continuous innovation of business model, gradual refinement and improvement of industrial division of labor system, accounting for more and more proportion of GDP, and has also made great contribution to employment. To our country national economy the pillar function is more and more prominent. On the other hand, the whole market concentration is still high. In the dynamic competitive environment, the competitive advantage accumulated by enterprises with the strength of resources is often eroded by the new wave of innovation. Many emerging e-commerce service enterprises are only a flash in the pan, showing the paradox of "good market, good environment and collapse of enterprises". This has caused the academic circles to think about the self-adaptation ability of e-commerce service industry under the new normal. What is the formation mechanism of the adaptive ability of e-commerce service industry? It is of great theoretical and practical significance for us to further explore how to improve the adaptive ability of e-commerce service industry. From the perspective of open innovation, this study designed an index system of adaptive capability evaluation for e-commerce service industry, established a theoretical model of adaptive capability evaluation and put forward assumptions. Finally, by using the PLS partial least square modeling method to test the hypothesis, the realization mechanism of the adaptive ability of e-commerce service industry is studied. The research finds that, first, the flexible organization system forms the feedback control ability and innovation ability of the enterprise by integrating with the internal information environment, and then forms the adaptive ability of the enterprise. The integration of external information environment and supply chain resources forms the feedback control ability and innovation ability of the enterprise, and then forms the adaptive ability of the enterprise; third, The ability of innovation and control is an essential part of the adaptive ability of e-commerce service industry. The ability of feedback control has an important influence on the ability of management innovation. Good feedback control ability is the foundation of innovation. The conclusion of this study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy growth of e-commerce service industry under the background of optimizing the industrial structure and the transformation of service industry, so that e-commerce service industry can make a greater contribution to the national economy.
