基于ANP-DEA方法的电子商务企业物流网络绩效评价

【摘要】:随着网络经济和信息技术的发展,企业的物流运作形态最终将走向网络结构。所以合理有效的对企业物流网络绩效进行评价是企业生存发展的重要组成部分。在各种类型的企业中,电子商务企业对物流的依赖性较大,所以本文将针对电子商务企业物流网络绩效评价这一领域进行研究。 本文首先通过对相关研究的回顾和总结,明确了电子商务企业物流网络绩效评价研究的内容和特点。然后针对电子商务企业物流网络的特性,从仓储、运输配送、信息化水平、综合竞争力四个维度进行专家调研,构建评价指标。基于电子商务企业物流网络评价体系不同层次指标间、同层次指标组内部元素存在相互影响、相互依赖的复杂关系及不同决策者的偏好,本文运用了网络分析法(ANP, Analytic Network Process)与数据包络分析法(DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis)相结合的评价方法,从主观和客观、整体效果和效率两个角度对物流网络进行评价,两种方法的结合使用起到了相互补充、相互检验的效果,使评价更加客观、全面。同时应用ANP软件Super Decision和数学软件Matlab进行模型求解,增强了评价模型的实际操作性。最后,文章以某一B2C企业为例,详细的描述了整个评价过程,证明了该方法的有效性和可行性,并提出电子商务企业提高自身物流网络绩效的途径。
[Abstract]:With the development of network economy and information technology, the logistics operation pattern of enterprises will eventually move towards network structure. Therefore, reasonable and effective evaluation of enterprise logistics network performance is an important part of enterprise survival and development. Among the various types of enterprises, e-commerce enterprises rely heavily on logistics, so this paper will focus on the field of logistics network performance evaluation of e-commerce enterprises. Firstly, through reviewing and summarizing the related research, this paper clarifies the content and characteristics of the research on the performance evaluation of e-commerce enterprise logistics network. Then according to the characteristics of electronic commerce enterprise logistics network, from the storage, transportation and distribution, information level, comprehensive competitiveness of the four dimensions of expert research, building evaluation indicators. Based on the complex relationships between different levels of indicators, the internal elements of the same level index group, and the preferences of different decision makers, the evaluation system of logistics network of e-commerce enterprises is characterized by the complex relationship of mutual influence, mutual dependence and the preference of different decision makers. This paper uses the method of network analysis (ANP, Analytic Network Process) and data envelopment analysis (DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis) to evaluate the logistics network from subjective and objective, overall effect and efficiency. The combined use of the two methods can complement and test each other and make the evaluation more objective and comprehensive. At the same time, ANP software Super Decision and mathematical software Matlab are used to solve the model, which enhances the practical operation of the evaluation model. Finally, taking a B2C enterprise as an example, this paper describes the whole evaluation process in detail, proves the effectiveness and feasibility of this method, and puts forward a way for e-commerce enterprises to improve their logistics network performance.
