跨境电子商务人才供需矛盾与解决路径

【摘要】:跨境电子商务飞速发展,参与企业与潜在进入企业增多,由此引发了巨大的人才缺口。跨境电子商务人才缺口既表现在数量与质量上,表现在管理人才与技术人才上,也表现在初级人才与中高级人才上,还表现在专业性人才与复合型人才上。除了市场井喷原因外,人才缺口也与传统教育模式错位、企业自身内部原因有关。人才市场的供需矛盾、利润下滑与人力成本攀升矛盾、企业需求与传统教育模式矛盾成为跨境电子商务人才方面面临的三大核心矛盾。由此,提出了一些建议与措施,旨在破解跨境电子商务人才困局。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the number of participating enterprises and potential entry enterprises is increasing, which leads to a huge talent gap. The talent gap of cross-border electronic commerce is not only in quantity and quality, but also in management and technology, in junior and middle and senior talents, and in professional and compound talents. Besides the market blowout reason, the talent gap is also related to the dislocation of the traditional education mode and the internal reasons of the enterprise itself. The contradiction between the supply and demand of the talent market, the decline of the profit and the rising of the manpower cost, and the contradiction between the enterprise demand and the traditional education mode have become the three core contradictions in the field of cross-border e-commerce talents. Therefore, some suggestions and measures are put forward to solve the problem of cross-border e-commerce talents.
