基于O2O模式的社区增值服务管理系统的设计和实现
[Abstract]:Community is the basic unit of modern urban society. With the acceleration of economic development and urbanization, the traditional community service mode is undergoing profound changes. As a new mode of combining offline service providers with the Internet, the O2 O mode greatly changes people's life style and improves people's quality of life. With the increasing demand for online transactions, the allocation of community resources needs decision-making support and other practical factors, but the current community-level service resources information is still relatively loose, not comprehensive, there is no convenient trading platform and reliable trust mechanism. The management information system integrates the community value-added service resources, establishes a reliable trading platform for street supervision and provides efficient community services, and truly enables residents to enjoy scientific and technological achievements. Exhibition Road Community Information System mainly includes four subsystems: data acquisition and management subsystem, WebGIS-based integrated information query and display subsystem, management decision analysis subsystem, user management subsystem and so on. On-line through the system, residents can learn about the latest business activities and enjoy lower prices of services, and can also cooperate with community health service centers to provide health management files for residents within the jurisdiction. With WebGIS By synchronizing the location of public resources and merchants in the jurisdiction area, the system can retrieve the latest and most familiar service resources from their homes through the Internet, which makes up for the shortcomings of the network map service updating information not timely and only records stable service providers and contact modes. Street managers facilitate the fine management and evaluation of merchants within their jurisdiction, so as to realize the information display of resource allocation. Community value-added service management system can visually view the total amount of resources, distribution and demand, so as to provide community managers with decision-making recommendations on resource allocation. By improving community public services Facilities, optimize the layout of commercial outlets around the community, the community service resources online and offline combined to maximize the satisfaction of residents in the area of business, life, entertainment needs.
