我国第三方支付发展对商业银行的影响研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的普及和网络购物的兴起,我国电子商务也再以惊人的速度迅速发展并且逐渐渗透到人们的日常生活中,在2016年双十一的当天,电商平台成交额首次突破2000亿元大关,仅天猫一家销售额就创下了 1207亿元的销售记录,再次掀起了一场全民购物潮,这和第三方支付的便捷性特点有着紧密的联系。起初第三方支付只是促进电子商务的发展的一个工具,并没有对其他金融机构产生影响,但随着近几年的快速发展,第三方支付并不仅仅只提供支付渠道,而是进一步扩展经营范围,包括支付结算、投资理财、网络信贷等等。第三方支付机构进一步促进了电子商务的发展,其自身也在互联网金融中占有举足轻重的地位,而且第三方支付所具备的灵活便捷的特点使得越来越多的人成为其客户群体,受到众多用户的肯定。本文的研究对象是第三方支付行业和商业银行,尽管商业银行一直处于金融界的垄断地位,但是其创新步伐较慢,依靠客户资源优势却没有及时把握市场需求。而且起初第三方支付和商业银行之间并没有什么冲突,甚至帮助商业银行开拓支付界面渠道,但是目前的第三方支付在一些业务方面已经和商业银行重叠,第三方支付的改革创新不断对商业银行造成冲击,这让商业银行不得不重视起来。要知道存贷款业务一直是商业银行的核心业务,但是近几年商业银行的揽储压力倍增,其中重要的原因之一就是第三方支付机构的影响。不仅仅在存贷业务方面,在支付结算、代销基金、分流客户群等方面也给商业银行造成了很大的压力。但是商业银行经过这么多年的发展也有着得天独厚的优势,比如资金实力熊厚、客户群庞大、风险性低等优势,所以商业银行应该利用这些自身优势来积极应对第三方支付带来的冲击。而且商业银行与第三方支付机构也需要借助对方的优势来取长补短,所以二者并不是完全的竞争对手,双方可以加强合作从而达到共赢。这样不但有利于商业银行和第三方支付机构自身的发展,对整个支付市场的健康发展也有着积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet and the rise of online shopping, e-commerce in China has developed at an astonishing speed and gradually penetrated into people's daily lives. The turnover of e-commerce platform broke through 200 billion yuan for the first time. Tmall alone set a sales record of 120.7 billion yuan, and set off a nationwide shopping boom again, which is closely related to the convenience of third-party payment. At first, third-party payment was only a tool to promote the development of electronic commerce and had no impact on other financial institutions, but with the rapid development of recent years, third-party payment did not just provide payment channels. But to further expand the scope of business, including payment and settlement, investment finance, network credit and so on. Third party payment organization has further promoted the development of electronic commerce, and it also plays an important role in the Internet finance. Moreover, due to the flexible and convenient characteristics of third party payment, more and more people become its customer group. By many users of the affirmation. To know that deposit and loan business has always been the core business of commercial banks, but in recent years, commercial banks have increased the pressure of deposit-taking, one of the important reasons is the influence of third-party payment institutions. Not only in the business of deposit and loan, but also in the payment and settlement, the fund, the distribution of customers and other aspects of commercial banks have caused a lot of pressure. However, after so many years of development, commercial banks also have unique advantages, such as strong financial strength, large customer base, low risk, and so on. Therefore, commercial banks should take advantage of these advantages to actively deal with the impact of third-party payments. And commercial banks and third-party payment institutions also need to rely on each other's advantages to complement each other, so they are not completely competitors, both sides can strengthen cooperation to achieve win-win. This is not only conducive to the development of commercial banks and third-party payment institutions, but also plays an active role in promoting the healthy development of the whole payment market.
