汽车后服务连锁企业的电子商务战略及规划

【摘要】:1997年,中国化工信息网作为国内第一个电子商务网站,正式上线运营开始,从那时起中国的电子商务发展历经了跌宕起伏、辉煌曲折的19年。2015年,中国在线消费规模达到16423亿,占当年社会消费品零售总额的12.8%,过去5年都是以21%的速度扩大增长。如今,电子商务已经越来越广泛和深入的触及到我们生活的方方面面。而汽车服务行业电子商务进程由于缺乏标准化的服务流程、无法客观衡量量化的服务质量、地域服务限制、交易支付实现方式等,进程缓慢、步履艰辛。但随着二维码的使用和移动支付的普及,如今早已被炒的火热的020模式,由于能实现交易闭环,而成为可能。本文就是希望能通过各种调研和分析,以XQT车业服务有限公司为例,研究和探索出对于从事汽车后服务的企业而言,行之有效的电商运营模式,助力电子商务在汽车后服务市场的发展。
[Abstract]:In 1997, China Chemical Industry Information Network, as the first e-commerce website in China, officially started to operate online. Since then, China's e-commerce development has experienced ups and downs, brilliant twists and turns for 19 years. In 2015, China's online consumption scale reached 1.6423 trillion. Retail sales of consumer goods grew by 21 percent in the past five years, accounting for 12. 8 percent of that year's total retail sales. Today, electronic commerce has more and more extensive and deep contact with all aspects of our life. However, due to the lack of standardized service flow, the process of e-business in automobile service industry can not objectively measure the quantitative service quality, regional service constraints, transaction payment, etc., the process is slow and difficult. But with the use of QR codes and the popularity of mobile payments, the hot 020 model, which has long been speculated, has become possible because of the closed-loop trading. This paper hopes that through various research and analysis, taking XQT Automobile Industry Service Co., Ltd., as an example, it will study and explore an effective e-commerce operation model for the enterprises engaged in automobile rear service. Support the development of e-commerce in the auto post-service market.
