电子商务对我国国际贸易的影响及应用研究

【摘要】:电子商务的出现,为我国外贸企业发展创造了良好机会,提升了国内外贸企业与国外客户的数据传递效率,规范了国内外贸企业业务的管理,降低了国内外贸企业的交易成本。我国电子商务在国际贸易中的应用状况与国外相比,还处在探索和学习阶段,存在外部环境和企业自身发展两方面的问题。应创建电子商务发展的良好环境,完善电子商务的法律法规,积极参与国际贸易法律法规的制定,加强对行业自律、中介机构的监管,创建电子商务相关人才培养机制。
[Abstract]:The emergence of electronic commerce has created good opportunities for the development of foreign trade enterprises in China, improved the efficiency of data transmission between domestic foreign trade enterprises and foreign customers, standardized the management of domestic foreign trade enterprises' business, and reduced the transaction costs of domestic foreign trade enterprises. Compared with foreign countries, the application of electronic commerce in our country is still in the stage of exploration and study. There are two problems in the external environment and the development of enterprises themselves. It is necessary to create a good environment for the development of electronic commerce, perfect the laws and regulations of electronic commerce, take an active part in the formulation of laws and regulations of international trade, strengthen the self-discipline of the industry, supervise the intermediary organizations, and establish the training mechanism of talents related to electronic commerce.
