第三方大宗商品电子商务平台信用管理体系研究

【摘要】:我国电子商务虽然比较于美国、欧洲、日本等发达国家的电子商务高速发展起步比较晚,但发展势头非常强劲。经过大约15年的发展,我国电子商务普及率已经很高了,据不完全统计,电子商务在网民中的渗透率约为56%,随着电子商务的不断普及和深化,电子商务的交易额也在不断上涨,已经成为国民经济发展中不可忽视的力量,对社会、个体产生了广泛的影响。然而电子商务的信用问题还需解决,比如大多数企业缺乏信用管理制度、社会普遍缺乏信用意识及信用规范、我国信用制度缺乏法律保障和奖惩措施、信用中介发展速度缓慢等等都制约着电子商务健康、快速地发展。针对上述问题,本文立足于第三方大宗商品电子商务信用体系的建设,首先建立商家端、客户端信用指标体系,通过利用文献计量法和内容分析法进行初步指标体系的确立,这里先确立商家端、客户端的信用体系;然后运用相互认同度、Krippendorffi'salpha系数检验来进行指标合理化验证,并运用SPSS22.0中的指标间的相关系数进一步进行指标间的信用验证,最终成功确立了指标的准确性,有效地指导了接下来权重的确立;其次信用指标体系权重的确立,采用了三种主观赋权的方式(专家赋权法、成对比较赋权法、层次分析法)、三种客观赋权的方式(频率赋权法、变异系数赋权法、熵值法赋权)等形式的主客观赋权的方式,然后基于以上的赋权方式,采用TOPSIS思想和广义最大熵的原则,将上述的赋权方式进行组合赋权的方式;最终确立了比较客观有效地的指标权重体系;最后信用评分体系的确立以及建议,引用了信用评分模型(原始信用评分、交易金额权重函数、时间折扣函数、初始信用值)、信用评价机制模式(商会、商盟等)、外延政策建议三个方面阐述信用指标评分后的辅助工作。使得文章具有很好地连接性、完备性。在这一背景下,通过构建第三方大宗商品电子商务信用体系来规范大宗商品商家与客户之间的安全交易,本文建立完善的电子商务信用体系架构并进行了深入分析,为之后电子商务信用体系研究中提供重要的理论依据,对目前大宗商品电子商务信用体系方面的建设很有借鉴以及指导意义。
[Abstract]:Compared with the United States, Europe, Japan and other developed countries, the rapid development of e-commerce in China started relatively late, but the development momentum is very strong. After about 15 years of development, the penetration rate of electronic commerce in China has been very high. According to incomplete statistics, the penetration rate of electronic commerce among Internet users is about 56.6%. With the continuous popularization and deepening of electronic commerce, the volume of e-commerce transactions is also rising. It has become an important force in the development of national economy and has a wide influence on society and individual. However, the credit problems of electronic commerce still need to be solved, such as the lack of credit management system in most enterprises, the general lack of credit consciousness and credit standard in society, the lack of legal protection and reward and punishment measures in China's credit system. The slow development of credit intermediary restricts the healthy and rapid development of e-commerce. Aiming at the above problems, this paper is based on the construction of the credit system of the third party commodity e-commerce. Firstly, it establishes the credit index system of the merchant and the client, and establishes the preliminary index system by using the method of bibliometrics and content analysis. This paper first establishes the credit system of the merchant side and the client side; then uses the Krippendorffisalpha coefficient test to verify the index rationalization, and further validates the credit index by using the correlation coefficient between the indicators in SPSS22.0. Finally, the accuracy of the index is successfully established, which effectively guides the establishment of the next weight. Secondly, the establishment of the weight of the credit index system adopts three ways of subjective weighting (expert weighting method, paired comparative weighting method). Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), three kinds of objective weighting methods (frequency weighting method, coefficient of variation weighting method, entropy method weight) and other forms of subjective and objective weights, and then based on the above weighting methods, using TOPSIS thought and the principle of generalized maximum entropy. Finally, it establishes a more objective and effective index weight system. Finally, the establishment of credit scoring system and suggestions, the credit scoring model (original credit score) is cited. Trading amount weight function, time discount function, initial credit value), credit evaluation mechanism model (chamber of commerce, commercial alliance, etc.), extension policy recommendations of the three aspects of credit indicators after the elaboration of the auxiliary work. So that the article has good connectivity, completeness. Under this background, by constructing the third party commodity electronic commerce credit system to standardize the safe transaction between the commodity merchant and the customer, this paper establishes the perfect electronic commerce credit system frame and carries on the thorough analysis. It provides an important theoretical basis for the study of electronic commerce credit system, and it is of great reference and guidance significance to the construction of electronic commerce credit system of bulk commodities at present.
