大连机场货运业务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着互联网+以及大数据时代的到来,良好的机场货运系统将大大提升作业效率,减少人工出错率,削减成本提升效益。本系统丰要利用C#语言在.Net平台下进行编写,在仓库磅房业务管理部分采用B/S结构,数据录入、查询以及统计功能采用C/S结构。利用SQL2008数据库进行数据存储,采用双机热备的磁盘阵列技术避免数据丢失与篡改,在库区理货业务采用windows系统的手持终端进行货物录入,利用Web service方式与海关和商检进行数据对接。根据机场货运内部业务需求,系统的出港业务丰要利用条形码关联所有主要数据,代理人录入业务基础数据至业务系统,磅房业务人员通过扫描条形码,自动读取基础数据补录件数、重量,制单业务人员根据磅房录入数据补录费用并进行货物配载,库区业务人员根据配载仓单信息进行货物装载与复磅,复磅重量与磅方数据进行核实,数据一致后进行商务配载。所有业务数据贯穿一致,整合处理,方便各个岗位提取各自所需数据。进港业务将仓库录入数据与代理人录入数据进行多处比对,确保数据的完整性与统一性, 根据外部业务需求,电子商务平台将为航空公司提供数据的录入以及查看平台,航空公司进行基础申报数据录入,货运业务人员自动提取数据并进行数据补录,避免相同数据在多处重复录入,方便机场货运与航空公司之间数据共享,保证所有单位能够有效的进行数据检索以及统计其相关货物信息。大连机场货运业务管理系统将人工手动纸上划货转变为利用手持终端直接将数据录入系统;数据的有效利用使得货运管理效率提高,这些数据将为未来的货物管理以及市场分析打下良好基础。

Automatically read the basic data to fill the number, weight, single making business personnel according to the pound room input data recording fees and cargo stowage, reservoir area business personnel according to stowage warehouse receipt information for cargo loading and weight recovery, The weight of the pound is verified with the weight of the pound, and the data is consistent with the data for commercial stowage. All business data throughout consistent, integrated processing, easy for each position to extract their own data. Inbound business compares warehouse data with agent data in many places to ensure the integrity and unity of data. According to external business requirements, e-commerce platform will provide airlines with data entry and view platform. The airline carries on the basic declaration data input, the cargo service personnel automatically extracts the data and carries on the data supplementary record, avoids the same data in many places duplicate input, facilitates the airport cargo and the airline company data sharing, Ensure that all units can effectively carry out data retrieval and statistics of their related goods information. Dalian Airport Freight Business Management system converts manual paper cargoes into hand-held terminals to directly input data into the system, and the efficient use of data makes freight management more efficient. These data will lay a good foundation for future goods management and market analysis.
