湖南省绿色农产品B2B交易平台构建研究

【摘要】:从当前我国农产品消费市场来看,农产品的生产规模逐渐扩大,高质量、高效率逐渐成为人们对农产品的硬性需求,绿色健康食品是农产品消费的潮流,新鲜、营养丰富、无毒害是社会对农产品消费的品质追求。湖南是农业大省,柑橘、油茶、稻谷、等很多农产品供应在全国占有举足轻重的地位,同时,湖南也是全国唯一的移动电子商务试点示范省,传统的农产品销售的关键问题在于区域比较远,而农产品电子商务可以跨区域集成,弥补农副产品流通过程中出现的问题,绿色农产品电子商务的发展有着巨大机遇。但是,如何构建绿色农产品电子商务交易平台成为社会关注的核心问题,值得学者进行深入的研究分析,好的案例不仅为促进湖南省农产品电子商务的发展提供了借鉴,也为国内农产品电子商务的发展提供参考。本文通过对农产品电子商务交易现状的研究进行回顾,阐述了电子商务、农产品电子商务、湖南省农产品电子商务及农产品B2B电子商务交易平台的发展,对成功的B2B电子商务交易平台案例进行研究,分析对湖南省农产品电子商务交易平台构建的借鉴意义,在此基础上从绿色农产品电子商务交易平台的商务模式的设计、技术的设计、平台的推广及平台的运营进行阐述,最后分析了电子商务交易平台可能遇到的风险及应对措施,对湖南省绿色农产品电子商务交易平台的发展有着重要的借鉴意义。本研究提出的构建绿色农产品电子商务B2B交易平台的设想,可以实现绿色农产品产销的对接,并且提供绿色食品相关认证,进行全程监控和点对点运输,减少流通环节与成本,最终形成绿色农副产品从田园到餐桌的供应链条,树立“绿色农农产品”品牌。本研究不仅是对湖南省绿色电子商务交易平台的发展有着借鉴意义,对类似省份电子商务平台的构建问题也提供了参考。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the current consumption market of agricultural products in China, the production scale of agricultural products is gradually expanding, and the high quality and high efficiency of agricultural products has gradually become the hard demand for agricultural products. Green and healthy food is the trend of agricultural products consumption, fresh and nutritious. Non-toxic is the social pursuit of the quality of agricultural products consumption. Hunan is a major agricultural province, citrus, Camellia oleifera, rice, and many other agricultural products supply plays a pivotal role in the country, at the same time, Hunan is also the only mobile e-commerce pilot demonstration province. The key problem of traditional agricultural product marketing is that the region is far away, and the electronic commerce of agricultural products can be integrated across regions to make up for the problems in the circulation of agricultural by-products. There is a great opportunity for the development of green agricultural products electronic commerce. However, how to build a green agricultural products e-commerce trading platform has become the core issue of social concern, which is worthy of in-depth research and analysis by scholars. Good cases not only provide a reference for promoting the development of agricultural e-commerce in Hunan Province. Also provides the reference for the domestic agricultural product electronic commerce development. This paper reviews the current situation of agricultural products electronic commerce transaction, and expounds the development of electronic commerce, agricultural products electronic commerce, Hunan agricultural products electronic commerce and agricultural products B2B electronic commerce trading platform. A case study of successful B2B e-commerce trading platform is carried out, and the significance of the construction of Hunan agricultural products electronic commerce trading platform is analyzed. On the basis of this, the design of business model of green agricultural products electronic commerce trading platform is presented. The design of the technology, the promotion of the platform and the operation of the platform are described. Finally, the risks and countermeasures of the e-commerce trading platform are analyzed. It has important reference significance to the development of green agricultural products e-commerce trading platform in Hunan Province. The idea of constructing a B2B trading platform for green agricultural products can realize the production and marketing of green agricultural products, provide green food related certification, carry out whole monitoring and point-to-point transportation, and reduce circulation links and costs. Finally, the supply chain of green agricultural and sideline products from pastoral to dining table is formed, and the brand of "green agricultural products" is established. This study is not only a reference for the development of green e-commerce trading platform in Hunan Province, but also a reference for the construction of e-commerce platform in similar provinces.
