B2C跨境电子商务物流模式优化选择研究

【摘要】：自2010年以来,中国传统进出口贸易增速下降,于此同时,中国跨境电子商务却迅速发展,而跨境物流的发展明显滞后于跨国电子商务的发展,成为制约跨国电子商务发展的关键因素。本文以B2C跨境电子商务物流模式为研究对象。首先对跨境电子商务已有研究作了简单的介绍与总结,并且对目前跨境电子商务和物流发展现状进行分析,介绍各个跨境电商物流模式概念以及优缺点,同时分析影响跨境电商物流模式选择的因素,分别运用矩阵图决策法、比较分析法和模糊综合评价方法对跨境电商物流选择进行评价,并运用模糊综合评价对A企业跨境物流模式作出评价。随后本文从市场整体角度出发,运用博弈理论提出合作建立海外仓模式是中小跨境电商企业的物流优化选择,对于中小跨境电商企业合作建立海外仓时的成本分摊问题,分别使用Shapley值法、最小核心法、GQP法进行求解计算。研究表明:影响跨境电商物流模式选择的最重要因素是物流成本和客户服务水平。对于实力规模大的跨境电商企业来说,最佳物流模式选择是发展海外仓。对于规模实力小而难以单独建立海外仓的中小跨境电商企业来说,可以选择合作建立海外仓实现成本分摊和收益共享。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, the growth rate of China's traditional import and export trade has declined, while China's cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly, while the development of cross-border logistics has lagged behind the development of transnational e-commerce. Become the key factor that restricts the development of transnational electronic commerce. In this paper, B-2 C cross-border e-commerce logistics model as the research object. First of all, the research on cross-border e-commerce has been briefly introduced and summarized, and the current situation of cross-border e-commerce and logistics development is analyzed, and the concept of each cross-border e-commerce logistics model and its advantages and disadvantages are introduced. At the same time, it analyzes the factors that affect the choice of cross-border e-commerce logistics model, and evaluates the cross-border e-commerce logistics choice by using matrix chart decision method, comparative analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, respectively. And use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to A enterprise cross-border logistics model to evaluate. Then, from the perspective of the whole market, using the game theory, this paper puts forward that the cooperative establishment of overseas warehouse model is the logistics optimization choice of the small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and the cost sharing problem when the small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises cooperate to establish the overseas warehouse. The Shapley value method and the minimum core method are used to solve the problem. The results show that the most important factors affecting the choice of cross-border e-commerce logistics model are logistics cost and customer service level. For large-scale cross-border e-commerce enterprises, the best logistics model is to develop overseas warehouse. For small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises with small scale and difficult to establish overseas warehouse alone, they can choose to cooperate to establish overseas warehouse to realize cost sharing and income sharing.
