基于跨境电商搜索数据的消费者分类研究

【摘要】:本文选取速卖通跨境电商平台的婚纱礼服行业搜索数据,将平台中店家数量、消费者搜索数据与购买产生的数据与消费者行为相关联。通过数据的相关分析、回归分析和聚类分析,进行消费者搜索行为、比较行为和购买行为的关系研究,以分析消费者的类别,并针对各类消费者采取一定的策略。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we select the search data of bridal dress industry, which is based on the fast selling e-commerce platform, and correlate the number of stores, the consumer search data and the data generated by purchase with the behavior of consumers. Through the data correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis, the relationship between consumer search behavior, comparative behavior and purchase behavior is studied to analyze the categories of consumers, and to take certain strategies for all kinds of consumers.
