西南民族地区农村电商融入县域经济的实证研究

【摘要】：如何促使农村电商这一新兴零售模式为农村创收,已成为推动西南民族地区农业经济发展与转型升级的需要,是发展产业链延伸、价值链提升、农村产品市场挖掘与扩大等领域应用与需求的重要途径。同时,农村电商是精准扶贫的重要载体,也是西南民族地区十三五期间加快发展服务业"八项工程"之一。本文在梳理西南民族地区农村电商发展的基础上,选取典型县为例,分析了县、乡、村三级协同发展农村电子商务体系存在的问题,并提出推动西南民族地区农村电商融入县域经济发展的新思路新对策,为贫困农户利用电子商务提高自主脱贫能力、农村电商融入县域经济发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:How to promote rural e-commerce, a new retail mode for rural income generation, has become the need to promote the agricultural economic development and transformation and upgrading in southwest ethnic minority areas, is to develop the industrial chain extension, value chain promotion, Rural product market mining and expansion and other areas of application and demand an important way. At the same time, rural ecommerce is an important carrier of accurate poverty alleviation, and one of the "eight projects" to accelerate the development of service industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan in Southwest ethnic areas. On the basis of combing the development of rural ecommerce in ethnic minority areas in southwest China, this paper selects typical counties as an example, and analyzes the problems existing in the cooperative development of rural e-commerce system among counties, townships and villages. The paper also puts forward some new ideas and countermeasures to promote the integration of rural ecommerce into the development of county economy in southwest ethnic minority areas, which provides a reference for poor farmers to use electronic commerce to improve their ability to extricate themselves from poverty, and for rural ecommerce to integrate into the development of county economy.
